Hades felt down as he sat in by the door way to the other underworld, watching the dead go by. It was another long day of just dead people. But the job wasn't really what had Hades down. It was the fact that he shared it with no one. I mean, he had Persephone, but she hated him and never came out of her room. And he had his minions Pain and Panic, but they were only minions. Then, he saw a light coming down the tunnel where they dead came through to the underworld. He watched as a woman came down and she started to walk past him, but he stopped her. The light was coming from her pregnant belly. He snapped his fingers at her and a small infant, still alive, came out of the woman. Hades had never seen that. He had always found the baby inside dead as well, but this was different. He held the small girl in his arms as she cried. He patted her back gently, and she calmed down. She was a rather pretty baby, he thought. Then he turned to give the baby back to the woman, as he would normally do, but she was gone. A smile creeped onto Hades' face.
"PAIN!" He ordered. "PANIC!" The small minions came running to their master.
"Yes your royal deadliness?" They asked at the same time. Hades looked down at the baby in his arms.
"I need you two to build a nursery. I've got a new a member to the dead family." Pain and Panic looked at each other. Hades with a daughter? That was crazy. But they never questioned their master outloud so they ran of the build the nursery. As they did, Hades got the baby a blanket and cooed at her. The baby cooed back."oh I'm going to love having you around, Silenia." He cooed.
