I know this book has been on hiatus a long time. Like, a REALLY long time. I don't know if anyone who was previously excited to read it is still there, but if you are, I wanted to ask.
I'm considering completely overhauling the book and revamping with the newer (in my opinion, more professional) style of writing I do now. Truth be told, I wasn't proud of how I planned to end this book, avoided it for that reason, and looking back at it, I almost would rather end it as a tragedy (much like many Greek plays, funnily enough) where Silenia passes and she and Hercules never see each other again. Perhaps a story of Hercules finding new love despite the loss of Silenia.
I also am considering the Zach and Silenia line, where the very same happens. Silenia finds new love, despite how she feels she lost out so harshly on Hercules. There's also the consideration where Zach helps Silenia find a way back to Hercules, and they pass on together.
Truth be told, I have no idea where I want to take this story, and I'd like the reader's opinion. This book was one of my first way back when I started writing, and now looking at my more recent stories versus this, I'm not as proud of it. So, if I don't get responses, I'll overhaul the story and rewrite it somehow, not sure yet how. Otherwise, I'll take your all's suggestions, and revamp it so it's better written. I won't change everything, just adjust a few things to make it make sense, and improve the writing.
