"GAH!" Zach sat up and shook his head as his whole class laughed. His teacher, Ms.Pritchett, stood before him, looking her hands on her hips.
"Zachary Aviator! You know very well that falling asleep in class is unacceptable! Extra homework tonight!" Zach groaned and banged his head on the desk. After class, Austin came up to him.
"Dude, what the heck! Why'd ya fall asleep in class?"
"I didn't get much sleep last night." Zach said quickly, trying to get away from Austin. He was already ready to go home and it was only second period. But Austin wasn't taking that.
"How come? Did ya wet the bed?" He grinned. Zach punched him in the shoulder.
"Nah man! You know I haven't done that since I was three!"
"Then what's eat'n ya?" Austin persisted.
"I had a weird dream. It was about that girl we took to the hospital." Austin snickered.
"What? Is she now your Sleeping Beauty, Prince Charming?" He teased. Zach pushed him away, smirking.
"No, it's not like that! It was just a weird dream, that's all." Then Zach ran to class. After school, he rode his bike over to the hospital, where he ran straight to her bed in the coma section. She was the only one there. There was a little pot of flowers that had been given to her by an elementary class, but that was all. He went over to her, and felt sorrow. Her long black hair was limp and her face was as white as snow. She looked small in the hospital gown, and dead. But the monitor showed that she was still breathing, so he felt better. He put his hand on her arm, careful of the IV drips.
"Don't worry Silenia. I'll figure out a way to bring you back. Somehow." He murmured. He stood still in the silence, except for the quiet beeping of the monitor. He could almost feel her presence in the room. Then he realized that there was a small sound of someone walking as if in bare feet. He looked around, but saw nothing. He then felt very tired, and sat down in a chair, then dozed off.

He looked around and found himself in a big empty space and heard the padding of footsteps, louder than before. He turned and saw Silenia coming up behind him. She smiled at him. He smiled back, but was a bit confused.
"Silenia? Why did I just doze off like that? It was so weird!" She tilted her head, confused.
"What do you mean?"
"I went to visit you at the hospital! And I thought I felt something and then I felt real tired all of a sudden and fell asleep!" He told her. She gasped.
"That's odd! In all my years of studying sleeping spells with my father, I've never seen something like that before!" Zach began to panic.
"Am I stuck like this forever!?" He shouted. She shook her head.
"I haven't a clue. As I said, I've never seen anything like this before." She said. He buried his face in his hands, then was all of a sudden pulled out of the dream

"Hey kid." Zach jerked awake. "C'mon kid, time go home. Visiting hours are over." Zach rubbed his eyes and looked at the doctor standing by him. "Go home and get some rest. You look exhausted." Zach nodded and left, but he didn't go home. He went to the House of Hercules. He had some questions.

Hades wandered around the house quietly, looking for Hercules. He had finally decided to find him and destroy him. But the home was empty and it looked as if it had been empty for a long time. That's when he came to the conclusion that Hercules must be gone! He felt happiness fill his soulless body. Now he could find Silenia and bring her home himself.
