Elizabeth Weusthuis enters a delicatessen and orders a chicken sandwich.

"Eén broodje kip, alstublieft."

"Here you go."

The person behind the counter hands Elizabeth the sandwich. Elizabeth then leaves the delicatessen and returns home, where she eats the sandwich.

After eating the sandwich, Elizabeth leaves her home once more and finds herself falling into a portal

As she enters the castle, she encounters Mortilda.

"Who dares to enter my castle without permission?" Mortilda asks.

"Hello." Elizabeth says nervously. "My name is Elizabeth Weusthuis."

"Welcome to Melancholy Castle, formerly known as Schloss Aetherluftburg. My name is Mortilda. What brings you here?"

"I actually don't know how I got here."

"Well," Mortilda responds, "I suppose I should help you."

She leads Elizabeth through Schloss Aetherluftburg, showing her around the castle. She explains the different rooms to her.

"The kitchen." Mortilda points to the room where Elizabeth first met her. "It's where you can make all sorts of foods. You can even eat them here."

She points to another room. "This is the library. I don't have a lot of books here, but there is a book you might find interesting."

"I actually don't have time to read." Elizabeth replies.

"Oh," Mortilda says, "that's too bad."

The two continue their tour through the castle, and climb the stairs leading up to the mezzanine.

Mortilda points toward a door with an upwards-facing pentagram engraved on it. "That is the door to my room, which I share with my partner Octavia. The other bedrooms are back downstairs, of course."

"So, what do you do in this castle?" Elizabeth asks.

"I'm the owner of this castle. This place is also home to my partner Octavia, Enid, lilith, lenore and my butler Brunhilda."

The two continue walking through the castle until they reach the foyer, where they find Octavia sitting on a couch.

"Hey," Mortilda says, "this is Octavia. She is my partner."

Octavia looks at Elizabeth and smiles. "Hello. It's nice to meet you."

"Hi." Elizabeth says nervously.

Octavia frowns slightly. "You seem a bit nervous. What's wrong?"

"Nothing's wrong." Elizabeth answers.

"Okay then. Well, anyway, we should go get some lunch." Mortilda replies.

"Sounds good to me." Octavia agrees

The three walk out of the foyer and head to the dining hall. After they finish eating, Mortilda takes Elizabeth back to the library, where she finds a book on witchcraft.

"What are you doing with that book?" Elizabeth asks.

"Don't worry, it's just a book of spells and potions."

"What even are you?" Elizabeth asks.

"I am a half-angel," Mortilda replies, "also known as a nephilim."

"What's the other half, then?"

"In my case, the other half is dragon, but there have been instances of angels breeding with humans."

"Wait, you're half angel and half dragon?"

"Yes. My mother was a dragonborn, and my father was Azrael, son of Lucifer the Lightbringer."

"How did you become the owner of this castle, anyways?"

"Simple. I enherited it from Lucifer, my grandfather. Anyway, are you hungry by any chance?"

"Actually, I ate right before I showed up here."

"What did you eat?"

"A chicken sandwich."

"Just one? And that was enough?"

"Well, I guess a little more to eat won't hurt."

"Good, because we're having lamb doner kebabs!"

Meanwhile, Eleanor wakes up in the village of Tintagel.

"Are we back in Britain?" Eleanor asks.

"Yes, Eleanor." Lucille responds.

"I don't understand. I tried to kill you. Why did you let me live?"

"Because I still see good in you, despite the things you did. I believe you might have been manipulated by Mordred."

"Sister, I want to join you in the battle against Mordred."

"Then let's set off. the nearest Castle might hold some sort of clue toward Mordred's whereabouts."

Lucille and Eleanor head off toward Tintagel Castle.

Upon reaching Tintagel Castle, Lucille and Eleanor were struck by the solemnity that hung in the air, as if the ancient stones themselves were whispering tales of a forgotten era

Upon reaching Tintagel Castle, Lucille and Eleanor were struck by the solemnity that hung in the air, as if the ancient stones themselves were whispering tales of a forgotten era. They find a note on the ground.

"This note is from our father." Lucille says. "It says to go to the lake where Excalibur rests."

"When our father died," Eleanor says, "that sword was thrown into Dozmary Pool in Bodmin Moor."

"We should waste no time, then. We shall go there."
