"Wake up!" I didn't know how long I slept but I woke up to a strange face smiling at me and handing me a cup of coffee. Ahhhh! There's a stranger in my house! I was about to scream and call the cops when she spoke and somehow what she said actually woke my brain up. How did I not remember I made a new friend yesterday? Alcohol definitely isn't good for my brain.

"Good morning Lilly. How did you manage to make coffee? I expected you'll still be asleep and also how did you find you way around my kitchen?" "Too many questions. Alcohol leaves my system pretty quickly and as for how I found my way around your kitchen, I just opened up cans and cabinets till I found everything I needed to make two steaming cups of coffee." I sighed and sipped my coffee.

I was starting to develop a strong headache and I needed the coffee. "Sarah, what happened last night? I know I had so much to drink while you were dancing but then I woke up this morning only to find an empty bottle beside you. Did I cut your fun short by being drunk?" "Of course not! The thing is I was glad we came home when we did. Infact I wished we had come home earlier."

I signed again before telling her everything that happened between Sonia and I. "I can't believe she's actually your sister. How can she treat you that way and not feel bad about it? And your parents don't see anything wrong with what she's doing? That's just sick!" She seemed like she was going to be a good friend.

She seemed like someone I could trust and to be quite frank, I trust her already. I feel really safe around her which is really strange for me see as I hardly open up to people. Lilly spent the entire day at my house and even wore my clothes and raided my kitchen. She felt so free and so happy that it was hard to believe she was getting a divorce and was going through emotional torture.

We played monopoly and binge watched the vampire diaries series. She hated the movie at first but soon got so addicted she had to pause it to pee whenever the need arose. I was really glad I met her. We stayed indoors through the weekend and had so much fun. But soon it was Monday and we each had to get back to the real world. I had to go to work and Lilly needed to sign the divorce papers.

She had decided she had taken too much from her husband. He would constantly belittle her in presence of everyone because she had no children for him. And to make matters worse, he would constantly bring in women and tell her he needed to have children since she was barren and then he might stop cheating. We got ready and headed out. I couldn't drop Lilly off since she was going a different direction from my office.

We agreed she would spend the entire week at my place as neither of us wanted to be alone. I got to the office earlier than usual so I just sat on my chair chilling but then my colleagues started to give me a certain kind of look. Did they know I got dumped?

Woah! Bad news does travel fast. About thirty minutes after I arrived, my intercom beeped and my boss asked to see me. I really wasn't feeling like handling any new project but perhaps it would provide the distraction I needed so I got off my chair and went to my boss's office. What I didn't expect was for Jason to be there and looking so smug. I could ignore him. There was no need to yell each other down.

"Good morning boss. You asked to see me." "Yes Sarah I asked to see you. It has come to my knowledge that you now go about harassing and bullying the wives of top clients o this organization." What is he talking about? Wives? Clients? Bullying?

"Sir I really do not understand what you're saying. I've never bullied the wife of any of our clients?" "So you never harrased the wife of Mr. Jason?" I tried to defend myself but he won't let me speak. "Sarah. Do you realize that Mr. Jason owns a very large part of this company shares? And dare you insult his wife?"

"Sir I swear I.." "Silence! Sarah, you're fired.  Leave this place and don't ever come back here. You're a bad representation of this company. It is people like you that give This company a bad name. Get out."
