For just once,
I want to be loved the way I love
Like the sun loves the moon in the sky above
I want to be felt the way I feel,
Maybe its the only way I can heal
I want to be kept the way I keep,
Want someone to dive in, my heart so deep
I want to be held the way I hold,
There's no warm grip, the world's so cold
But then I realized,if I can love so hard
Why can't I love me? why am I discard?
For If just once I ever loved me
From all the chains I would be free
Maybe to my happiness this is the key
To love myself to a higher degree
