I was walking in the halways, seeing everyone freaking out going back to work. As I kept looking forward and not paying no mind to what they are mumbling about, as I reach to my office
"Hi Ms. Rose. " Jackie said looking a Jade
"Hello, Do I have any calls?" Jade said looking at paper work
"Yes. Mr. Rose your Father wants to meet with you at 5pm. And, Alec called minute ago asking you to call he said it's urgent. " Jackie said
Jade laughs to herself and calls Alec
"That will be all Jackie. Thank you. " Jade said as Jackie leaves
Alec is a close friend of my best friend Jay. Her and I been the closet..
"Yo Jade !" Alec said through the phone
"What up Alec!" Jade said with a smile
"I'm ask Jay to marry me. " Alec said
"Shut up!!! Are you serious!!!" Jade said giggling "she's gonna ugh. She's gonna be so happy. So adore you Alec. " Jade said
"I was wondering if you can help me with setting it up. " Alec said
"Of course, Anything. " Jade said with a smile
"I'll text you the details. " Alec said
We that we hanged up, I walked to my Father's office.
"Okay. Let's get this over with. " Jade said sitting down infront of her Dad's desk
"Ahh, isn't it my lovely Daughter Jade. " Mr. ROSE said
Amber nodded and looks at her dad
"What is it?" Jade said
"I need you to fire Lucy. " Mr. Rose said
"M-me? F-fire her ? Why me dad?" Jade said
"Because,with you everything okay. " Mr.Rose said
"No dad. With me the rumors will be Jade a bitch that fire a perfect team lead for the one downstairs. " Jade said
Mr.Rose laugh
"Not my problem. Now go. " Mr. Rose said
Jade sight and saw someone familiar
"Nate!" Jade said with a smile
"Sister! What's up" ! Nate said hugs Jade
"I have to fire someone .And, what you doing here?" Jade said looking at him
"Yikes! Hate to be them. Came by seeing Dad showing him the number from the building I work in.. Since I got you here. You think you can make it at the Bar tonight?" Nate said holding paper work
"I'll swing by. Why not. It's been forever since I went out out because of my divorce. " Jade said
"Good!! I have someone you should meet. " Nate said with a smile
"Ohh okay, I'll see yall tonight. " Jade said waving by and walks away
Nate went to Mr. Rose office, as I went to the elevator practicing to fire Lucy.
-West wing-
"Hello, Lucy." Jade said with a smile
"Hi Ms .Rose. " lucy said
"Look.. my Father gave me this news to tell you.. And well, your fired. " Jade said as she walks away leaving Lucy in shocked
-later on, at Jade's house-
I went home and grab the box of memories. I opened the box and see memories. I picked up the photo and just look as a tear form down as I cleaned my face real quick and put the box away and walk to the kitcen and pour me some wine.
