Underneath your false daylight,
I'm living in this eternal night.
Watching the stars and feeling the moonlight on my skin.
I'll be with them one day without from within.
My night comforts me with his howling wind and loneliness.
There's only us.
Shaped by midnight
He teaches me to take flight
and believe in the ending of your daylight.
Through night, I'll be redeemed
with heaven-sent seraphim
in darkness, slumber, moonlight, and dreams.
