(last chapter, lesgoooo ...)

Gyuvin looked at Ricky. He seemed unsure, which made Gyuvin drop whatever he's doing. "Babe, I did her drinks because you know how badly I make the drinks? Terrible. I want her to think our drinks' standard is bad, so that she will never ever return."

Ricky still isn't convinced, Gyuvin pulling him into a hug. "It's nothing significant. I do not care about her anymore. Don't worry so much." Gyuvin pats Ricky's back softly. Okay maybe this hug had taken all of Ricky's worries away. He's now so comfortable in Gyuvin's arms.

Will it last forever though?

----

"Gyu, I think it is time to let our parents know about us." Ricky says, looking at Gyuvin who was busy washing the dishes. They're now at Ricky's place as usual. "Sounds good. I'm just afraid my mother won't be able to accept it." Gyuvin sighs. His parents had always been more sensitive about the mention of the LGBTQ community. But either way, he still has to let them know. Because they're his parents.

"Let's tell my mum first." Ricky suggests, Gyuvin nodding as he finish washing the last bowl. "Okay, let's do it together!" They both held hands and walked nervously towards Ricky's mum who was sitting down at the dining table, scrolling through her phone.

"Mum, Gyuvin and I have something to share with you." Ricky starts, trying to grab his mother's attention. His mother turned around to see Ricky and Gyuvin holding hands. Nothing too shocking because he knows Gyuvin has always been a touchy person; with his close friends of course.

"We are together."

Ricky's mother stared at their hands then their faces and back to their hands again. "Like what kind of together?" His mother asked, still not getting the idea. "We're dating, mum." Ricky repeats, his mother doesn't seem too shook. "Oh. I've kind of gotten the idea a week ago when I saw your diary."

"Oh fuck-"

"Hello? Your mother is right here." Ricky's mother glare immediately shutting him up. "You didn't keep it safely last week. I just skimmed through and saw your many diary entries about this Kim Gyuvin boy." She continues, Ricky feeling ashamed. "So, what did you write about me?" Gyuvin asked curiously while Ricky only gripped Gyuvin's hand harder, signalling him to stop prying.

"Oh my Gyuvin darling, I can answer that on my son's behalf." Ricky's mother sets her phone down, preparing to answer Gyuvin truthfully. "Oh no need for that Mum, please!" Ricky says in a hurry while trying to drag Gyuvin back into his room. "Hey! I wanna know-" The door closes with a large slam while Ricky's mother tries to hold in a laugh.

She's not exactly happy that Ricky found himself a boyfriend but she would rather he finds someone who truly knows how to love and care for him properly. She smiles to herself, contented that his son had managed to be with someone he loves and the person loves him back too.

----

"Are you ready?" Ricky asks. They're now outside Gyuvin's house. Of course Gyuvin is super nervous. He rarely interacted with his parents since they were often overseas. "Yeah, let's get this done." Gyuvin inserts his key and the door clicks open.

Gyuvin looks around to see no one at home, as usual. He doesn't even know why he got nervous in the first place because, why would they be at home? Gyuvin sighs and sits down on the couch, leaving Ricky standing alone.

"I don't know why I even expected them to be at home."

Ricky kept quiet, unsure of what to say. "It's okay babe. I know you want to comfort me. I'm fine, you know? I'm used to it." After Gyuvin finishes his sentence, the door opened and his parents were there with their luggage.
