After about thirty minutes of Rylee trying to get Bri to come out and the girl refusing -not trusting the older girl- they finally made it back to the couch on a truce.
"Well now we probably only have time for two and a half movies," Bri huffed. Rylee felt indifferent on the matter not even wanting to watch them in the first place.
As the theme song for the first movie begun Bri was practically shaking from excitement, the young girl started singing along with the music only for the volume to suddenly raise to an uncomfortable level.
The music continued to grow louder making the walls shake from the vibration. Bri was quick to grab the remote to turn the volume down only for her attempt to be futile.
"Turn it down!" Rylee yelled covering her ears.
"I'm trying!"
It seemed like the more she tried the louder it got. Bri giving up on the remote threw it to the side trying to get up and manually turn the tv down.
The second her foot hit the floor the couch beneath them started to violently shake almost like a ship in a bad storm.
"What the fu-" Rylee started only to be cut off by the sound of the ceiling breaking off into pieces and falling around them.
The girls look around at their house -that's practically falling apart- in fear. They've never experienced an earthquake before -not that they were even sure that's what was happening.-
Before the girls could attempt to run for safety the tv suddenly started to become brighter causing the girls to jump back at the blinding light emitting from it. They both shielded their eyes with their arms but it eventually became too much to keep their eyes open.
After a couple more seconds of madness a ringing noise took over their senses drowning out the thundering music.
The girls began to scream out in fear as the very couch they were sitting on started spinning out of control, the wind whipping them around.
Then it all stopped.
The feeling of them sitting on the couch was replaced with a soft surface they practically fell into.
Bri was the first to open her eyes only to be met with an intact ceiling made of wood that definitely didn't belong in their house. The red head quickly sat up and let her eyes scan the room around her.
The walls which once were a soft grey color were replaced with a light pink shade -that she would never pick out for herself-. The now pink walls were covered in dried flowers and string lights hanging on the trim. The once blue couch was now replaced with a tall bed with a white comforter and pink pillows.
