Surprise Pt3

Matt's POV:

We fly towards Eat Like A Titan, my arms wrapped around Gus's waist. Gus is flying very steadily and we're admiring the view as I stand right behind him laying my head on his back. The view is gorgeous. We each have an ear bud in listening to music. Luz helped us connect the ear buds to my scroll. The song playing currently is Crush by Tessa Violet. It's one of my favorite songs and Gus also likes the song. I feel very relaxed right now. Ever since I moved out with Steve and started dating Gus my life's been better. I'm way happier. I move my head up and Gus looks back at me. He closes his eyes and smiles. My heart does a flip and I feel my face heat up. I love this man so much I can't even express it. Gus goes back to flying and I just admire the view.

We eventually arrive at Eat like a Titan. Gus hops off holding out his hand for me. I take it smiling at the love of my life. We walk into the building holding hands. I walk up to the desk to check in. A tall woman with buzzed blonde hair, dark skin and a red and black uniform walks up. (She doesn't exist I made her up lol.) The woman smiles at us logging into the crystal ball on the desk.

She looks at us "Can I get a name for you two?" She says smiling. "Uhh Mattholomule I think?" I say squeezing Gus's hand and looking at him. Gus laughs "You sure it's not under Mantholomule?" He teased. The waitress looked at us confused. I glared at him "I hate you." I said. "Awwww love you too Matty~" Gus said flirtatiously. My face turned bright red and I looked down flustered and embarrassed. The waitress laughed "I found it, also do you mind if I ask what's the occasion?" She said making a spell circle and summoning a cup of coffee. "It's our one year anniversary of dating!" Gus said happily. I smirked while looking at him. The waitress laughed "Really you two act like a married couple?" She said sipping her coffee. We both laughed "Yeah no I'm 15 and he's sixteen." Gus said. The waitress almost spit out her coffee. "You guys don't look that young?!" She said surprised. We both chuckled. "Anyway you two enjoy your time you can pick one of the booths over there." The waitress said pointing to a section of tables

Me and Gus examined the open booths. Gus looked at me then pointed to a booth with two people sitting next to each other at it. It took me a second but then I recognized them. "Is that Vee? I asked Gus. He nodded then dragged me over to the booth. "Hi! What are you guys doing here?!" Gus asked letting go of my hand as we walked up to the booth. "Oh Gus! Masha wanted to visit the demon realm so I brought them here." Vee said. Vee was in their human form wearing some green cargo pants and a white shirt with a denim jacket. "Oh hi." Vee said smiling at me. I just waved at them I didn't know Vee much but Gus and them were close.

The other person smiled at me. They were wearing a black vest and a white dress underneath it. "Hey dude I'm Masha!" They said reaching out their hand. I shook it awkwardly. I let go and scratched my neck. I could feel my face sweating, I hated interacting with new people it always made me anxious. Masha laughed a little.

I looked at Gus and he could see I was nervous. "Masha this is Matt." Gus said proudly. He wrapped his arm around my side pulling me close to him. "He's my boyfriend!" Gus said enthusiastically. I laughed. Gus gave me a kiss on the cheek and my eyes widened and my face turned bright red. Vee and Masha laughed. "Hey do you guys mind if we join you?" Gus said looking at them then looking at me to make sure I was ok with that idea. I nodded and he smiled looking back at them. "Yea of course!" Vee said with enthusiasm. "Ok thanks we're gonna go get food now!" Gus said dragging me off to get food.

Gus POV:

I dragged Matt to the food bar. I grabbed him a plate and grabbed me one. I got a some food and looked at Matt. He looked uncomfortable and barely had anything on his plate. "You ok?" I asked putting my hand on his face. He put his hand on top of mine. "Yeah I just um- you well I um." He stuttered my eyes widened and I nodded understandably. Matt had Anorexia meaning he couldn't eat very well. I knew what it was like to have an eating disorder. I had binge-eating disorder (y'all it's a thing I'm pretty sure I have it, it really sucks).
