Chapter 10: The Showdown

Author POV

"It's a showdown between the top of Tenjiku and Toman...how will this play out.." Takemichi muttered and the others watched in tension.

Ai made the next move grinning as Draken grabbed her ankle she spun it out of his grip landing a blow to his temple. "Come on Draken...you might die at this rate~" Ai yanked his hair back kneeing him in the gut. "Cut the crap about me being a girl and fight me."

"Gyah!" Draken coughed out spit from Ai's blow. He was trying to keep his word to not harm a woman, but Ai was powerful. Stronger than anyone he had faced.

"I don't...hit girls..." He said spitting out blood.

"Tch. Fucking annoying. You mere human.." Ai clicked her tongue annoyed. "Throw that stupid pride of yours away, I'm getting bored of this.." Ai threw Draken in the air and jumped up. In the air she landed a finishing blow to his abdomen sending him crashing into some Tenjiku members.

"Draken-kun!!" Takemichi yelled running over to him. Ai huffed walking over to watch Izana's fight with Mikey.

"Shinichiro...wasn't going to just be my brother. And then you're subordinate killed him. So I made up my mind. I'm going to reduce you to ashes and turn into your brother, so hurry up and become empty." Izana said psychotically clenching Mikey's face.

"Is that a reason to try and Kill Emma.....should I get rid of that girl who saved her then." Mikey growled and Izana threw Mikey kicking him in the process. Veins popping out of his head.

"You already stole everything from me!! Manjiro! I'm going to kill you if you dare touch her." Izana yelled kicking Mikey again so he rolled across the floor. "What's the matter Mikey? This all you got?"

"Mikey-kun"

Izana proceeded to pummel Mikey with a barrage of punches as Takemichi watched in horror.

"Mikey-kun...he's not at his full strength as I thought...because of Emm-" Takemichi was cut off.

"Mikey is giving his all...." Draken coughed from Takemichi's side. "That's just...how strong Kurokawa Izana is....blah!" Draken coughed out blood. "And his monsterous girlfriend."

Ai huffed unamused, raising one eyebrow. "So he can still stand..."

"Amazing! To think Izana was this strong!" Hanma grinned.

"Solitude is Izana's strength." Ai said and Kakucho continued.

"When he was 12 a bunch of guys picked a fight with him....they knew no mercy and they were older and ruthless sending Izana to the hospital. When Izana recovered he fought them all one on one and disabled them all. He saved the leader for last, later the desperate leader killed himself. He was always a bit dangerous, he had no limiter to stop. He lost that restraint.....now he has fists that kill..." Kakucho said. Ai shuffled she forgot that was the story they were going with. It's true Izana is ruthless...especially if someone picked a fight with Ai or managed to land a blow on her. But solitude is something they shared. They were alone but had each other....that's the truth of their strength.

Izana threw Mikey around again grinning "Hey! Mikey are you for real? Is this really the invincible Mikey? I'll really Kill you." 

Mikey got up glaring up at Izana. "Solitude is your strength Huh...." Mikey spit out blood looking at the ravenette behind Izana and kicked him. ""You have friends who fought for you don't you?! And even Ai-chan..."

"Pfft..fought for my sake? Wrong. Those guys just used me as the symbol that'll put the Vicious Generation in control of this Era." Izana crouched down running kicking Mikey.
