Personality:

She is very creative and quick on her feet. She is determined too. She can be a bit sarcastic or snappy, but only when those she cares about are being talked badly about. She is also very rebellious, instead of going into cheer like her sister and instead of being the sweet daughter her parents expected her to be, as they wanted her to be just like her sister, she was more bold and feisty instead.

Looks:

She has messy-ish blonde hair cut short, along with freckles and pale skin. She has a slender frame, green eyes and is around 5"8 in height. If I had to go with a faceclaim it'd  beBo Bragason.

Jason Carver (I based this on them at first only really being close because of losing the same person, not even really being 'close'. Jason sticks with her purely because she reminds him of Chrissy and he sees her when speaking with Rose at first, and Rose just needs the comfort of having someone else who's dealing with the same loss. Over time they start to actually want to spend time with each other because they genuinely enjoy one anothers company) 

Backstory:

Rose was the older sister of Chrissy. While her sister was sweet and such, Rose seemed to deviate from what their mother wanted her to be like, being the polar opposite of her sister. Rose rebelled from a young age, sneaking out, going to parties etc.

When she started at Hawkins High School, she managed to talk the school into letting her start a fencing club, something she had learned after secretly attending classes on weekends while claiming to be visiting friends. She was really good at it and often saw it as something freeing and fun.

(This is just based on what we hear. Based on what Chrissy hears in the seen in the toilet and in the vision from Vecna, it seems her mother isn't all that caring towards her) Rose absolutely hated how their mother treated Chrissy and would often argue with their mother over. She didn't care how her mother treated her but she'd be damned if she let her sister be treated bad.

As we get to season 4, Much like Jason, Rose wants revenge on whoever killed Chrissy, but she has a feeling everyone blaming Eddie are wrong. In her eyes, it seems too obvious. So she goes herself to investigate, and ends up seeing the body, sneaking in to the trailer without cops catching her, so she can investigate. One look and she can tell, that no human was capable of something like this.

She eventually gets dragged out after cops spot her inside, but that's when news reaches the others that she believes Eddie to be innocent, and so she is dragged into their group. And that's how she properly meets Eddie, she had seen him around before but had never spoke to him other than a few times during her senior year, which was his first year of being held back. The two knew each other somewhat, but it was during the time in 86 that they properly got to know each other.
