Unfortunately, I woke up.

My eyes snapped open and I took a deep breath. I panicked. How long had I been asleep for? Did I miss breakfast? I looked around me. The lights of the prison were still out. I sighed. That's good I guess, but something feels off.

I stood up on all fours, expecting to hear the stale squish of my sleeping pad, showing a sign that I had unburdened my weight from it. Yet, when I looked down, I didn't see my sleeping pad. It was gone. My eyes whipped over to my sink and mirror. Those were gone too. I looked over to my left and my lines were missing on the wall. In fact, there was no wall.

Panic set in again. I realized I wasn't in my cell. If I wasn't in my cell, where was I?

"Hello?" I called into the strange blackness.

Oh no. I hope I'm not in L block again.

But I didn't do anything!

"Hello?!" I called again, allowing fear to show in my voice.

I drove forward, searching for a door, or a wall, something, to at least show I was in L block.

Again, nothing.

I started trembling. I don't usually get scared, but I'm pretty scared now. Oh shit, oh shit.

"What the fuck?" I cried.

"Will you stop braying, you little bitch?"

The voice cut through the air like a knife.

Suddenly, everything came alive.

An old warehouse materialized before me. My eyes widened as my environment changed, making me feel disoriented. The warehouse was poorly lit, but hell, it wasn't around me a few minutes ago.

My panic only began to increase as I looked around me, the front, the back, the side. Where was I? This wasn't making any sense at all.

Then something dawned on me.

I wasn't awake.

It was one of my awful fucking nightmares.

"Fuck," I said.

Just because this isn't real, doesn't mean it won't be terrifying. This wasn't my old nightmare of the massacre, so that's a good start. But...

Whose voice is that?

I was afraid to make a noise, so I just stood still.

Suddenly, I saw a mass loom from the darkness. As it came closer, it looked like it crawled across the walls of the warehouse like a mysterious shadow figure, making my chassis shiver.

I cowered as the shadow took shape and form. It was clear to me who it was now, who that voice belonged to. It was a voice I never wanted to hear again.

It was Marcus.

I was completely frozen in fear as I stared back at the most dangerous car I had ever known in my life. And, also, the car who had ruined my life. I got a bad feeling about this as my gut twisted into a knot. I'm surprised I didn't colic like a fucking horse, keel over and die.

"M...M, Marcus," I stuttered, having no control over my voice whatsoever.

Marcus glared at me. He was definitely not happy to see me. Yet, after a moment of silence between us, his smile crafted into something wicked.

"Shiloh. My dear stepson. How are you?" Marcus sneered between gritted teeth.

I was shaking. I didn't answer. No words came out of my mouth.
