FOR ALL FAILED LOVE

Within the depths of my heart,
a love once bloomed,
But like a withered rose,
it faded too soon.
Through tear-streaked nights,
I found solace in pen,
Turning pain into prose,
again and again.

Each word a whisper
of the love that once burned,
Now fuel for my fire,
lessons hard-learned.
Though love may have faltered,
its memory remains,
A muse for my verses,
amidst life's gains and pains.

So here I stand,
a writer forged from despair,
Transforming heartache into art,
with tender care.
For in every verse,
my failed love resides,
A bittersweet muse,
where beauty and pain coincide.
