I woke up and it was the afternoon. "Damn when I sleep I sleeeppp!" I yawn and get out of my bed. lets see I need to choose a outfit for this evening.
*After the whole outfit fiasco its evening*
I start to make my way to the party pretty proud of the outfit I choose.

When I get there I find Heinry and McKenna and grab a drink while I make my way to them. "I'm assuming your going to find Navier and ask her to dance Heinry?" I tease Heinry. Heinry blushes "What gave me away." Jade told me she has and still is observing everyone here. Surprised Heinry and McKenna look around see Jade on a balcony. 'that's a little creepy' McKenna and Heinry think.
"Announcing Emperor Soveishu and Empress Navier!" an Announcer announces. How ever the minute they're done walking down the stairs Soveishu immediately went to his rumored mistress and I almost dropped my wine when I saw her.
'Rashta... I can't wait to ruin her fucking life.' I then hear rumors such as " she probably did that to curry favor with the emperor" and "He really is head over heels in love with his mistress!" I walk up to the gossiping nobles. "Excuse me, may I ask what you are speaking of?" The nobles look at me and say, "According to the Mistress Empress Navier gave her a gift." I faked shock and said," That's not what I heard and I'm currently living in a guest room at the castle!" The nobles look at me with a, I want all the details face, "What did you here!"
I smile and tell them that my lady in waiting was getting a water for me and walked by emperor Soveishu's office and he told his secretary to give his mistress a gift under the Empress' name. "Oh my god that makes much more sense considering the qualifications a mistress needs to have to receive a gift." I smile at them and say, "I firmly believe this because my lady in waiting is Jade Villette of the western kingdom, who is known to always be truthful and quite blunt." The two noble ladies are shocked. "Then it must be true." Then the other noble lady says, "Wait Jade Villette is known to serve only one person so that mean you are.."
"I Forgot to introduce myself, My name Is Y/n L/n Grand Duchess of the western Empire." The two noble ladies are shocked once more. "We spoke so casually to you is there absolutely anything we can do to make up for it!!'
"hmm, I would like you to spread the words of the Emperor's blunder because I can't stand to see such an outstanding woman and empress such a Navier be insulted by this rumor!" The two noble ladies understand and go around the ball to Spread the word.
It's then becomes time to dance and I go to ask McKenna for a dance but notice Navier standing by a wall and Soveishu beginning to dance with Rashta. I push Heinry toward Navier and after a few minutes they start dancing.
I then pull McKenna by the arm to the dance floor so we can dance. Mckenna puts his arm around my waist and I put my arm on his shoulder as we start to dance "I heard a rumor that said a young noble woman staying at the castle cleared up a misunderstanding in the most recent rumor about the empress. could that perhaps be you?" McKenna asked me with suspicion. "My what ever could you mean?" I smiled at him and just looked away. "Mhm" McKenna said not buying it.
The music stops and its time for the second dance and I hear Rashta and Soveishu going to Navier and Heinry. Navier and Soveishu start to dance and I hear Heinry Refusing to dance with Rashta and this is when I decide to reveal myself to her. "If you don't mind then your highness can I dance with you?" I walk up to Heinry and Rashta and Rashta Looks mortified to see me. "Yes Y/n of course you can!" and before we can dance Rashta starts to cry.
Soveishu rushes over to her and Rashta says "His highness doesn't want to dance with Rashta and he chose some other noble over the Imperial Mistress!" Soveishu give Navier an I told you look (Because before Soveishu was telling Navier Heinry is a womanizer) But i decide to clear it up. "It's because Me and Heinry are close friends and he's basically my brother that he chose to dance with and me. Also I'm quite offended that someone of the Imperial family just announced me as some other noble!" Soveishu looks embarrassed and Rashta just says "So what your are technically another noble. 'She maybe a noble now but I'm the mistress and the only people who are higher than me are royalty!' "Let me Formally introduce myself" I start to speak with a loud voice. "I am Y/n L/n, Imperial Grand Duchess of the Western Kingdom! and with that title I am therefore higher than a mere mistress." I say as I glare at Rashta who is trembling and people are gossiping about how rude and oblivious Rashta is.
I smile as I then say. "I'm tired the mistress' presence is so big it's making me feel sick" I say as I leave the ball to my room.
Heinry left earlier to comfort Navier and i can say proudly that everything is going according to plan. and while it wasn't originally apart of the plan. I will be planning for Rashta's demise for the hell she put me through when we were slaves.

Y/n walks around the estate garden and eventually choose a spot covered in orchids to sit in and when Y/n feels herself dozing off, Y/n than Hears someone calling out to her. "Excuse me are you allowed to be here?" Y/n looks to her left and see a man with long blue hair look at her suspiciously. "Hmm and who are you to know about it huh?" They kinda just stay there and have a staring contest until Y/n bursts out laughing and fall back on the orchids.
"I'm Kidding! haha My Names Y/n Zemensia I'm the new daughter of Duke Zemensia." Y:n smiles at the man in front of her. "and you are ever so suspicious man?" The Man Blushes and sits down. "I'm McKenna, Secretary to Prince Heinry." Y/n smiles and asks him, "well, want to sit here with me?" McKenna looks at Y/n and agrees to sit with her. "If i may ask, why were you here anyway Lady Y/n?" Y/n just smiles and rest her head on the orchids, "One don't speak so formally just call me Y:n and two, because I've been a little nervous these past few days and being here is calming and helps me relax." McKenna nods silently, agreeing to how it is comforting and calming, and decides to try laying on the orchid as well, "It's bumpy.." Y/n turns to him and says "It's probably because of you ponytail! Here let me take it off for you!"
Y/n than sits up and leans forward to take off his ponytail, oblivious to how red she's making him. "There we go!" Y/n smiles as she takes off the ponytail and lays down again. "Is that better?" McKenna rests his head and smiles, "yeah it's better.." he is still blushing significantly. Y/n looks closely at him and he starts to blush even more. "What is it?"
Y/n smiles and than says "You look cute with your long hair down like that!" Y/n says as she points at his hair while laying down. He then blushes so much that his red face completely contrasts his blue hair. "W-what are you saying?!" Y/n then starts laughing once more. "You're quite funnyMcKenna let's be friends!" Y/n says as she brings out her hand signifying for him to shake which he does.
McKenna is in his room about to go to Bed and as he looks at his hand while smiling and blushing. 'I don't think I'll every forget that day even when I die." He says to himself as he goes to sleep.
