▪ Third person pov
“Ew. You smell like sweat. So disgusting!”
“Well shit! I ran out of soccer practice only for you to be shitty to me,” It took a while for Taehyung to get to Minho. He had searched endlessly for the Minho contact but couldn't find it. Only for the breathless Jiyun to disclose to him that she saved his number as 'Angry bunny'. The brunette quickly arrived at the store, finding both Jiyun and her coworker standing outside, the female leaning tiredly on him.
“I'm sorry your skinkiness,” Jiyun's voice was weak and low and Minho could barely hear what she was insinuating. He only caught on cause the ravenette laid her chin on the crook of his neck, her arms firmly wrapped around his shoulders and her legs encircled his torso.
“You're lucky I like you,” Minho scoffed, with a stupid grin on his lips.
Jiyun was aware that her aunt always spend Friday nights out partying and would always return the next day. Her house was vacant of any negativity and at this point Minho could drop her off without Ahra being intrusive. She didn't want to walk home alone as her body was too weak. The ravenette was afraid of passing out in the middle of the street or didn't want Minho to get her mediations. He was definitely going to prob the hell out of her.
“...you should rest more often, Ji. Its pretty late into the night and I'm dead sure that you went straight to work after school. Do you really have to work everyday?”
Minho waited for a reply but it never came, rather Jiyun just hummed lowly, raising her head a bit to gaze at the familiar house that came in sight. Her lidded eyes slowly fluttered shut again, her grasp on Minho loosening. And this made the brunet very concerned, how quiet she was, how she laid tiredly on his back and her low will to communicate with him, it all bothered him so much.
“Hey Jiyun? Are you dead? What you so quiet for?” He tried brightening up her mood, nudging his shoulder a bit to get her to move. But he got nothing and that pissed him off. “Talk to me. Its awkward!”
“I'm just sleepy,” the latter murmured, mentally cursing herself for skipping her medications. Not only today, its been happening more frequently than usual as if she had lost hope. She would only remember that she was meant to take it after experiencing chest pain and breathlessness. “Thank you, Minho,” Jiyun bowed, stumbling backward a bit as the taller had carefully kept her down on her front porch.
“Tomorrow is Saturday. Promise me you'll get enough rest?” Jiyun nodded timidly. “Don't over work yourself!” she nodded again. Even though working was also an escape. “Can I kiss you?”
“WHAT?” Jiyun seethed, her eyes wide.
“Not on the lips,” Minho rolled his eyes. He stepped forward, making the ravenette to jolt in alarm, her eyes shaky and her words all caught up in a twist. He gave her quite a fright, her thoughts drifting off to her aunt's words. 'Doesn't he kiss you?' That was enough to make her blush a fine shade of crimson.
Jiyun blinked out of her daze when she felt Minho's cold fingers softly brush her bangs away from her face. He leaned down a bit, lightly pressing his lips on her forehead, the kiss lingering for a while. “It's a get-well-soon kiss, okay?” he pulled away, smirking.
The shorter gulped, her heart thumping faster. She took a step back, her hand searching for the door knob behind her as she keep staring at the brown haired. “Good night Minho!”
