Part eight - Waves

Grey:"what is happening? I thought she was ok since they came back out, but by the looks of it I guess not." Angela turned to face Grey. Ang:"no she is not. The bathroom was the easy part for us but now the hard part comes. The most effective method to use when you need to calm someone down is to get them to sleep. So now Tim needs to get Lucy to catch her breath then get her to fall asleep. But it's not as easy as it sounds."

They looked over at Tim as he stroked Lucy's hair and talking to her. Grey:"oh ok. But why does Tim have to do it. Can't like you or Aaron do it?" Ang:"it's about feeling safe in whoever's arms you are in. You need to feel that safe that you are willing to let go of everything and calm down for them. And for her that is Tim." Grey just nodded as they slowly walked over to the others.

Tim:"hey baby I need you to breathe for me please. Just follow my heartbeat and breathing and you will be ok. I have made many promises to you this last 48 hours and one of them was to keep you safe. So breathe with me." Lucy was breathing a little slower now and was starting to calm down. Tim:"good job babe. Good job. Now you just go to sleep and I will talk to the others. But I will of course stay right here." He smiled down at her seeing her slowly but fast falling asleep on his chest. Grey:"wow you are good Tim. How did you do that?"

Tim looked up at Grey and then at Angela. Tim:"Well I had help. It was actually Lucy who told us. Or she told Aaron a while ago and he told us. But it also helps when it's someone you care about. She has no control over what is happening so all she needs is to get help to understand that she is safe and it's gonna be ok by someone she trusts. And this is also the third time the last 2 days I have had to do this so I'm getting kind of pro." He laughed as Angela looked at him with a "you are joking about this look" so Tim got kind of scared.

Aaron:"well I guess we need Tim to tell Lucy the plan but can you tell us sir."
Tim:"yes he can but Grey you do not dear say the 2 names." Ang:"yeh Aaron already said one of the names earlier when she was sleeping, so she woke up and started panicking. I think if Tim didn't have to hold Lucy, Aaron would be as good as dead now." Aaron and Grey looked horrified at each other before looking over at Tim who had a death look in his eyes. Grey:"ok so the plan. We have still no location on Ros-I mean the woman but we think we have one on the man." Tim gave Grey another death look but Grey was kind of scared to look at him.

Grey:"So until we have a location on them you need to stay here at all times. You have a balcony to get air but Lucy may not leave this room." Tim:"but what about the workout area. She is gonna kill one of us if she can't workout." Angela backed away a little knowing Lucy was scary if she got mad. Grey:"yeah right. Good that that is you and not me then....just kidding I will see what I can do with that."

He also backed away a little scared of what Tim would do to him. Aaron:"but what are we supposed to do about Rosalind. She is a serial killer on the loose?" everyone looked like they were gonna kill Aaron, but he didn't understand why before Lucy shot up. Lucy:"Where is she? Where is my g^n? Where is Tim? Why are you just sitting there go get her." Tim:"Really Aaron this has now happened twice. I'm gonna need to get a scan of your head just to check that something is in there." Lucy turned around seeing Tim. Lucy quickly hugged him.

Lucy:"Tim are you ok? Did she hurt you? Why aren't they doing anything to catch her?" Tim hugged her back. Tim:"hey babe I'm ok. She is not here it's just Aaron being an idiot. So it's ok." Lucy looked confused up at him. Ang:"Aaron now you say sorry before someone kills you." Now Lucy was even more confused. Aaron:"I am so sorry Lucy. I didn't mean to do it...twice. I hope you can forgive me. And Tim I am sorry but please don't kill me."

Lucy:"I guess I can forgive him, but someone has to tell me what he did twice. I don't understand why Tim is so mad at him." Ang:"Well I think Aaron lost his brain somewhere because both times we had made it very clear not to say the names while you were sleeping. But this stupid arse said it both times. So I think you have to hold Tim down so he doesn't strangle him." Lucy just started to laugh. Tim:"babe this is not funny. Both time he did it you woke up in full panic."
