Jay pov

It's been a month since the elevator incident, me and Jungwon were a lot closer now.

Jungwon isn't so shy around me anymore but is still quite uncomfortable about our past, which I plan on fixing soon.

I walked into my office with two cups of coffee, looking around and I found just who I was looking for, Jungwon. He was sitting on his chair, eyes fixed on his laptop.

Adorable.

"Jungwon, here" I called out, placing the mug of coffee on his desk as I saw a blush creep up on his cheeks.

Jay Park, your carefree single life is gone now.

"Thank you" he mumbled as his focus went back to the work he was initially completing.

"Oh, are you done completing the presentation?" I asked, walking towards his chair as I leaned on it and placed my hands on his.

"A-almost..." he replied, opening the file in which the presentation was saved, giving me a summary of the components mentioned.

"Good job Mr. Yang" I praised, patting his shoulder.

"I hope you're ready for the conference though, there'll be a lot of people and I know you have social anxiety" I continued as I stared down at Jungwon, nervousness written all over his expression.

"I'll.. be alright, you don't have to worry" he mumbled looking at me.

"Well, if you say so.." I replied as I shrugged.

Time skip

Jungwon walked into the conference room, nervous and anxious. He looked around the empty room, locking eyes with Jay who was sitting across the room with his laptop in front of him, softly smiling as he said, "Take a seat" as he tilted his head to look at the boy head to toe.

He nodded as he walked next to Jay, sitting down as he let out a sigh.

"Tired?" jay chuckled, poking his inner cheek with his tongue.

"Kinda" the younger replied as he closed his eyes and leaned against the desk.

"Well you know, I was thinking we should sometime maybe go for ice cream.. don't you think it's a great idea?" jay said out of the blue.

"W-what?" jungwon stuttered as a frown grew on my face.

"You heard me" he whispered, patting my head.

"I mean.. why so suddenly?" jungwon questioned, confusion and curiousness written all over his face.

"Why not?" jay replied, clearly unaffected by the fact that this came out more like him asking the younger boy out and not just wanting to hang out.

"I.. don't know what to say, but it seems like a good idea" jungwon sighed as he gave in no matter what it seemed like.

"You look really cute when you're confused" jay said, tucking a strand of hair behind the younger's ear.

"I... what?" jungwon asked, thinking he had misheard jay's words.

"You look really adorable when you're confused or shy" jay replied, his eyes locked on the boy's flustered face.

"I'm not~" jungwon whined out in a softer tone now, he wanted the teasing to stop because each time that he was called cute it just made him blush even more. He was aware that he was being really stubborn here with the blush that was intensifying but he seriously couldn't stop it.
