Taylor hadn't even realize he had fallen asleep staring at the glow in the dark stars. But when he woke up in the morning he smelt food. He groaned, sitting up and looking around.

He slid off his bed, pushing his school bag to the side since it was in the middle of his room. The blonde opened his door and stepped out into the hall. He heard a news reporter from the television talking about sudden fallen trees. They were a bit dramatic about it, she was saying that they were completely healthy and had no reason to fall. Which makes sense, but then she said, "What happened? What made it fall? Or who did it?" Then the topic changed. He hated the news. Maybe because he was always scared to be seen on the news or talk about something he did, or they were just annoying reporters who made it seem worse than it actually was. Just like 2 years ago about the missing boy. It wasn't dramatic but they found a body but then he was alive just a week later. They called it a unlikely error in the human world Like, What does that mean?

Anyway, He past the TV and walked into the kitchen. "Hey" He mumbled. turned around and smiled at her son. "Hey, T. How'd you sleep?"

Taylor shrugged, "I guess pretty good" He scratched his head and went to the living room to slouch onto the couch. "what are you making?" He asked, reaching over to Charlie, who was sleeping, rubbing his head.

"Pancakes" She said in a smiley voice. He nodded. He leaned his head back, the sunrays hitting into his eyes, forcing him to shut them. He hummed softly to himself, feeling the warmth of the sun against his head. It was nice. He loved summer.

Taylor then heard his mother calling his name. He opened his eyes to look into her direction, but she wasn't there. He was in the red place again. "Mom?" He asked, standing up to look around. He was still in his house, but it was slightly different and had a red tone.

"Taylor..." The voice whispered again. He looked behind him, a gust of wind picking up again. When he turned around, he saw a human like creature. He fell back, staring up at it, he gasped, his eyes wide. He felt chills run up his body as the gust of wind brought cold air.

It had a figure of a human but it looked like the skin was ripped off of him. But it was a weird texture, it wasn't human.. That's all he knew.

The creature reached for him, it's nails were long and disgusting. He just stared, eyes wide like a deer in headlights. His breathing picked up, he kept trying to slide back but it was like the ground was water. He squeezed his eyes shut, moving his head to the side.

"Taylor" He heard again. He gasped, opening his eyes and immediately turning his head in the direction the voice came from. "Are you o-" Taylors breathing was heavy and it looked like he had just seen a ghost.
