minhos alarm went off, which woke him up, together with his husband who was happily sleeping next to him.

"we have to go wake Nabi up."
minho yawned.

jisung just whined
"give me two minutes."

minho just rolled his eyes and gave jisung a peck on his cheek.
"okay, but be down soon. you have a meeting today, remember?"

jisung just nodded.

"I will go wake up Nabi and make some breakfast for us, Kay?"

"mhm."

minho got up and lazily made his way to Nabi's room.
he opened the door and smiled when he saw his daughter peacefully sleeping.

minho walked up to her and gently shook her.
"nabie, sweetie, wake up."
he said.

the little girl whined and stretched, before opening her eyes.
minho smiled at her.
"good morning peanut, did you sleep well?"

she nodded.
"yeah. what about you, minmin oppa?"

minho nodded.
"good. let's go downstairs, okay? I will make us some breakfast."

she nodded and she got out of bed.
minho offered his hand to her, which she gladly accepted and they walked downstairs.

"so, what does my princess want for her breakfast?"
minho asked nabi.

"can we have pancakes?"
she said with her doe eyes.

minho smiled at the adorable girl.
"of course. do you think you can go and bring Jisungie downstairs? I have a feeling he fell asleep again."

the little girl nodded and she stood up from the chair she was sitting on and made her way to her parents bedroom.

as minho expected, jisung fell asleep again.

nabi climbed on the big bed and started jumping.
"jisungie oppa! wake up! minnie oppa is making us breakfast!"

jisung whined and opened his eyes, but instantly smiled when he saw his daughter.

he caught her in his arms and instantly started cuddling her.
"give me few minutes~"

"no. minnie oppa said I have to bring you downstairs." she said and she tried to get out of jisungs grip.

after a few moments, jisung gave up and just let her go, he himself getting up.
"okay, let's go downstairs. I can smell the breakfast from here."

nabi smiled and the two of them made their way downstairs.

when minho heard little giggles, he turned around and saw Jisung walking towards the kitchen with nabi.

"breakfast is ready sweeties. go sit at the table, I will bring it to you."
minho said with a smile and kissed jisungs cheek.

jisung smiled and took nabis hand.
they went to the table and sat down.

just few moments later, minho put the pancakes in front of them.
"I will bring you something to drink. nabi, do you want watermelon or litchi flavor?"

"lichi please."
she said with a smile

"take a watermelon for me."
jisung said, already stuffing his mouth with the pancake.

minho just chuckled and playfully rolled his eyes, before walking back to the kitchen and taking the lemonades.
after bringing them to the table, he sat down and started eating his breakfast.

a month passed by since they officially adopted nabi, and minho would return back to work after the weekend.

they stayed in Australia until nabis passport was made, and after that, they travelled back to Korea.

minho and jisung took her to a LOT of stores the first day they were back. they were at the toy store for some toys, in a grocery store to buy her favorite snacks, but they also had to buy furniture for her and assemble it all.
it took a lot of time, but it was fun, and it felt like it was bringing them closer.

over this past month, Nabi opened herself to them more and more, and she was finally 100% comfortable around them.
she still wasn't calling them dad and appa, but minho and han didn't care.

they didn't want to rush her, and she could call them however she pleases.

minho, as promised, spend the entire month home, getting closer to nabi, while jisung was working.
it was true he was mostly working from home, but he was still working.

nabi was curious, and sometimes when she returned from kindergarten, she would go to jisungs studio and sit on his lap, watching whatever he was doing.
it really fascinated her.

"I will take Nabi to kindergarten. you have the meeting in....in an hour."
minho said, as he checked his watch.

"already? oh my god, I'm not going to make it in time like this. I gotta go get ready. have a good day sweetie." jisung said and kissed nabis head.
"and you too." jisung got up and kissed minho before running upstairs.

minho just chuckled.
"finish your breakfast, so that we can go change, okay?"

nabi nodded, and before they knew it, they were at a car, singing some kids songs as they made their way to the kindergarten.

"so, are you excited to go to kindergarten today?"
minho asked.

"yeah, me and yeomin are going to play together. she's really nice, she's my friend."

minho smiled.
he was glad that in a month, nabi was able to find some friends.
especially because it was middle of the school year.

not long after, they arrived.
"okay sweetie, let's go."
minho put a mask on, before he took nabis bag and walked her inside.

after Minho took of her coat and changed her shoes, he gave her her bag.

"here you go sweetie. enjoy your day."
minho smiled.

"thank you dad, you too."
Nabi smiled and ran inside.

minhos eyes widened.
did she just...call him dad?

oh my god.
minho felt like crying.

he took out his phone as he made his way out of the kindergarten and called jisung.

"minho? what do you need? I'm at the meeting right now-"

"jisung, nabi just called me dad."

"wait...are you serious?"

"yes! oh my god im so happy you have no idea."

minho heard jisung squeal.
"that's so adorable! we are really doing a good job."

minho smiled to himself.
he already knew he was gonna cherish this day forever.
