Staring in 2089, The Hodu Civil War continues all the way into the Modern year of 2107. The vast devastation this conflict alone caused would be the ultimate fight to dictate what would win the Future of Warfare.
Hypatia studied cautiously, and made notes on how nations in the 22nd century would begin to fight. They noticed a major pattern with how the art of war is conducted.
Hypatia garnered that most nations needed more ranged weapons than before. Soldiers need exosuits in order to survive exposure to all kinds of dangers. Although their economy is now at §178 Trillion, they began making entirely new technologies to help them. The Hypatian Population went from 862 Million in 2050 to 1.211 Billion in 2105, and it peaked here.
By 2107, Hypatia has a larger Military Budget, and has an effective rating of A to S tier. Their military power was brought right back to where it was... and now many nations see that Hypatia was awakening from it's decades of slumber.
The Union of North Africa was not very happy about Hypatian shipping entering the Pacific. When told about this specific problem, Hypatian Prime Minister Austin Primm told the African people that "We are neutral in world affairs... if you have a problem with us, then you should come here and solve it".
Northern African forces were put on high alert, but nobody seemed to do anything about it anyway. Austin Primm made sure that Hypatian neutrality would be kept safe... but they'd soon be facing a far more dangerous foe. This old enemy would soon show itself.
