I thought you'd like me,
If I were pretty.
Or if I lived closer,
Maybe in the same city.I tried to be perfect,
To have the smoothest skin.
Started to starve myself,
Only so I could be thin.I changed every inch of me,
Allowed each of your sin.
But every time I changed,
The flame in me went a little dim.Now I'm just a Jigsaw,
The ugliest to ever occur.
Please mold me if you want,
Try to make me like her.I wish I had her almond skin,
I wish I could rip out mine.
I wish I could have humour like her,
I wish I could have those eyes' shine.
I wish I was the person you thought about,
When you closed your eyes, every time.
I wish you didn't like her taste,
I wish she wasn't the best aged wine.
I wish she wasn't the goddess,
Of your heart's shrine.I wish she didn't exist,
I wish I were your only crime.-Isha Pathania
