The blood speckled the sink and my arm barely had skin left. "Shit" I say to myself.

"Come on madi, we need to leave!" Alessia shouts up the stairs
"Coming" I say and quickly wipe the sink and put my jumper on.

I go downstairs "sorry" I say
"It's okay, come on" she says

We get in the car and drive to Beth's, where we were all meeting her and vivs new puppy Myle. I already see Leah's car there. We get out and walk inside. Alessia immediately finds her girlfriend and I find my friend. I sit next to her and Myle was sat on top of her. "She's so cute" I say to Beth.
Myle comes over to me and licks my face and I start laughing. "Loves you already" Viv says

After a while I head up to the bathroom and take my jumper off. The door opens and I had no time to cover my arms. "Leah don't-" I say shakily
She immediately closes the door behind her. "Hey it's okay" she says and locks the door.
"Talk to me" she says
"No" I say
"Fine, do you want me to get alessia?" She asks
"No" I say
"Gracie?" She asks
I stay silent and say "no, defo not Gracie"
"Look I know you and Gracie you mean something to each other" Leah says
"What do you mean? We are just friends" I say and turn around to Leah.
"Friends huh. Look you might be just friends right now. But I'm telling you one day something will happen with you both. Because you are so perfect for each other, like you loom at each other as though you are madly in love with each other. The full team sees it." Leah says

"I have no idea what your talking about Leah" I say
"Yeah you do and so does Gracie you both just don't want to believe it" Leah says
"Because- I- I'm just having a - - issue" I say
"What issue?" Leah asks
"I don't know my sexuality" I say
"That's okay, you don't have to know your sexuality straight away." Leah says
"But I should, because everyone else does so why don't I?" I say
"Not everyone knows their sexuality madi" she says
"Is this what it's over" Leah says and points at my arm.
"No" I say
"Then what?" She asks
I stay silent. "Come on, I'm here for you. And no word will be passed to less" she says
"My mam and dad are coming over, they hate me. I'm so stressed out with the full sexuality situation, then my diagnosis of endometriosis. School, football. There is just too much going on" I admit
"I get it" Leah says
"Your parents don't hate you" she says
"You don't understand Leah. They kicked me out, they were finished with me" I say and start to cry.
"Hey, don't cry" she says and hugs me.
"Let's get you cleaned up okay" she says

She runs the tap to get away the blood in the sink. "Does alessia know about any of this?" Leah asks
"She knows, she saw it when I was In pain and took my jumper off for me" I say
"Okay" Leah says and takes a breath.
"It's going to hurt slightly. I'm just going to rub your arm with some water, to clean up the blood" she says
She holds my arm gently and starts to doing it, it was stinging "it hurts" I let out.
"I know but I'm nearly done" she says
She finishes "right now this arm" she says and moves to the other side of me.
She does the same.

She takes a deep breath "please, talk to Alessia or me before you do anything like this again" she says
"It just happens Leah" I say
"I know, I went through this as well" she says
I sigh and put my jumper back on. "Have you done it anywhere else?" She asks
"No just my arms" I say

We go back downstairs "everything okay?" Alessia asks me
I give her a smile before finding Gracie.
