You and Us

Everynight I pray,

Over the window sill I stay,

When the moon serves as the light,

I embraced the moon throughout the night,

It was a moment of relapses and tears,

As I painfully reminisced my fears,

I hear the rain drops against the window,

And my heart became one with the rhythm.

The deafening silence accompanied me,

As I saw a butterfly resting at the tree,

I too longed for someone's company,

As I remember you and our memories.
