As Isadora recounted her journey to Ahsoka, the younger woman listened intently, her eyes wide with astonishment.
"I can't believe everything you've been through," Ahsoka said, shaking her head in disbelief. "And to think, Anakin was Darth Vader all along..."
Isadora nodded, a sad smile tugging at her lips. "It was a shock to me too. But deep down, I always knew there was still good in him."
Ahsoka looked at Anakin, who was standing nearby, lost in thought. "Do you think he can change?" she asked quietly.
Isadora glanced at Anakin before returning her gaze to Ahsoka. "I do. I've seen it in him. He's not the same man he was two years ago. He's...better."
Ahsoka smiled, a glimmer of hope in her eyes. "I'm glad to hear that. I hope he finds peace."
Isadora nodded, her heart full of love and hope for the man she had never stopped loving, even in the darkest of times.
As Anakin and Obi-Wan sat together, the dim lights of the cantina casting shadows on their faces, Anakin poured another shot of whiskey and raised his glass.
"To old times," he said, his voice tinged with both nostalgia and regret.
Obi-Wan nodded, clinking his glass against Anakin's. "To old times indeed," he replied, taking a sip of his drink.
Anakin sighed, running a hand through his hair. "You know, Obi-Wan, it hasn't been easy," he confessed, his gaze distant. "Since Isadora left, I've been struggling to find my way back to who I was before."
Obi-Wan listened intently, his expression sympathetic. "I can only imagine," he said softly. "Losing someone you love can change a person."
Anakin nodded, his eyes clouded with pain. "I let myself be consumed by darkness," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. "But now...now I'm trying to find my way back to the light."
Obi-Wan placed a hand on Anakin's shoulder, offering him silent support. "It's never too late to change, Anakin," he said reassuringly. "You have the strength to overcome any darkness that may try to hold you back."
Anakin smiled faintly, grateful for Obi-Wan's words of encouragement. "Thank you, Obi-Wan," he said sincerely. "I'll keep fighting, for Isadora, and for myself."
As Isadora lay on the bed, bathed in the soft glow of the moonlight streaming through the window, she couldn't shake the feeling of longing that tugged at her heart. Memories of their past flooded her mind, the warmth of Anakin's embrace, the softness of his lips against hers. She wanted nothing more than to lose herself in his arms once again, to feel the familiar comfort and love that had always enveloped them.
Anakin entered the room, his eyes meeting hers with a mixture of surprise and affection. "Isadora," he said softly, crossing the room to stand by the bed. "What are you doing here?"
