Chapter 34 : Signature Moves

Midoriya woke up early the next morning and did his daily routine. Morning classes were about to start so he went to his gym to test out the quirks he had gotten during the whole kidnapping. The first one was burst where he could feel a bubbling under his skin. He focused on the feeling and directed it into his finger causing it to explode into viscera and denting a practice dummy. He then tried double, cloning himself. The clone as it turned out was just an exact copy of himself quirks and all. He tried to take the quirks from the clone but nothing came out. He then snapped the clone's finger and it turned. This continued for the rest of the morning but many of the quirks were purely for battle though he hadn't been able to test out the forced quirk activation as he had no one to test it on.

Afternoon

The class was gathered in the gym gamma with Aizawa, Midnight, Cementos, and Ectoplasm. They were told that the original goal of the training camp was to help the class prepare for their provisional licences. For the next 10 days, they were tasked to create their ultimate moves as it will be essential in tackling the exam.

"But sir doesn't Midoriya already have one with the portals."

To extenuate their point Midoriya picks up a rock and throws it in the air. He flicks at it and uses his portal to redirect the extra force back at it. After the energy ran out the rock was turned into a fine mist of dust that was blown away.

"While that is an ultimate move it doesn't hurt to create new ones. Anyway since you have one Midoriya did you think of a name for it."

"I was thinking of calling it wasteless. I'm not exactly in love with the name but it's the best I've got."

"Then what about the four extra arms you grew?"

"Still working on that. I was thinking of calling that inherited wrath though just having six arms doesn't live up to the name."

"Alright everyone let's get to it."

The rest of the class was spent with each student either figuring out new moves or improving their quirk control. All Might had shown up in the middle of the class to help supervise and to see how the other teachers teach.

After training Midoriya had been curious as to what happens in the development studio as he had been hearing explosions from there every time he was passing by and as Uraraka and Tenya were going there for costume upgrades. As they got close to the door preemptive warning went off so Midoriya kept Uraraka and Tenya from moving closer. A sudden explosion goes off launching the metal door to the room to fly off. Midoriya caught the door using telekinesis while also grabbing the person flying with the door by their collar.

[Potency increased : Headache Resistance]

"Thanks for the save greeny."

The person he caught was a short mature-looking girl with pink hair styled into thick dreadlocks. She was wearing some weird goggles, a black tank top and some coveralls tied around her waist. Power Loader walked out of the studio staring angrily at the pink-haired girl.

"Hatsume I swear to god if you make another thing that explodes I'm revoking your rights to the support studio."

"But how would I know if I was doing it right if it doesn't blow up once or twice? Besides you would have thrown me out if you could."

Power Loader turned to Midoriya and his group.

"Well, I guess you're here with some changes. Come on in."

The three of them walked into the studio. It was a large messy workshop with a bunch of unfinished projects strewn around the work tables. In the corner was a huge pile of inventions.
