Y/n POV
Yesterday was the twins 2nd birthday and they had all types of presents from their grandparents and other family members from the Philippines. My dad and little brother also gave them their presents when they came to Washington. They are staying here for a couple days before heading back to LA. Me and Rae were happy about our kids birthday and she also told me that she is pregnant again which made me faint. I'm not kidding dad has it on video for future purposes.
And also me, Rae and the twins will move to LA and live with dad since we're done with school. We will move in a couple days since we leave with dad and Xolo. And what I've come to realize that my cover songs on YouTube is getting millions of views that people recognize me on the streets, it was kinda weird for me since my whole life I've lived in a small town where people knew who I was but since living in a big town that a lot of people don't know me is refreshing. So I have to get used to that again.
But now that I'm getting more recognition people want to take photos of me. I've also notice how I got a fan base already as well. Anyways we were all in the house when a knock was heard at the door. We were all confused who it was so I got up and opened the door and I couldn't believe who it was, it was Simon Cowell . "Hi, are you Y/n Uley?" Simon asked me. "Uh, yes sir. That's me." I said nervously. I opened the door wider to let him in.
He followed me into the living room. He sat down in front of me as everyone looked at him confused. "I'm gonna cut to the chase for you Ms Uley I recently found your YouTube channel and discovered what such a talent of your voice is and I wanted to be the first person of many record labels to have you signed to Syco music and move to LA." Simon explained to me. I looked over to Rae who looked shocked but happy at the same time. "You'll have free will of writing your own music. I'll help you with managing your album and shows. So what do you think, Y/n? Are you ready to sign to my record label?" Simon asked me.
I looked around the room and see everyone nodding at me since they know it's my dream to perform all over the world. I looked back at Simon with a smile. "Yeah, let's do it." I said excitedly. Simon smiled at me before taking out a contract and put it in the coffee table in front of me. I read over the contract before signing my name and gave it to Simon Cowell. He shook my hand firmly. "Welcome to Syco music, Y/n. I'll see you in LA to work on your EP album." Simon said before leaving the house.
We all celebrated me being officially signed to a record label, I even told Emily about it and she was excited for me.
A couple days later
I'm now living in LA with dad and Xolo, Rae is here with the twins. I had everything unpacked and put away in my shared room with Rae. I even set up her gaming monitors for her. I looked at my watch and see that I should be leaving to meet with Simon and a couple other people so I took a quick shower and changed into some clothes.
