Y/n POV

I took the twins to their first day of kindergarten, they were excited to meet kids their age and make friends. Rae is here as well as she wants to see the kids go in the school. We met their teacher Mrs Wilson and she was very nice and told us that we have nothing to worry about. Mateo was in the backseat watching his older brother and sister walk into their school. Before they walked in they waved at us excitedly making us smile and do the same as they walked in the building.

I started driving as Mateo was whining to see his brother and sister again. Rae tries to shush him but he wouldn't stop so I decided to visit dad and Xolo since it's been a month since we visited. Once I arrived to the house I see Xolo come running out as he saw my car pull up. I got out and hugged my 12 year old little brother tightly. "I miss you, Y/n." Xolo said. "I missed you too. Sorry I haven't gotten to visit you guys, work has been hectic especially the VMA's coming up in a couple weeks." I explained to him as I see Rae helping Mateo out of the car. Mateo saw his uncle and immediately brightened up. "Uncle Xolo!" Mateo yelled excitedly. Rae set him down and he ran to his uncle.

Xolo carried him as they both talked and walked into the house. Me and Rae followed them inside and greeted my dad who was in the kitchen making dinner. If you're wondering why Xolo is not in school is because he is homeschooled. Dad decided it was best for him to be homeschooled. Mateo happily went to his grandpa when Xolo set him down as dad hugged him tightly. Mateo played with his uncle as I helped dad with lunch as Rae went to rest in the guest room for a bit. I know I'm gonna have to pick up the kids from school which I don't mind at all. After an hour dad and I were finished with the food. Mateo and Xolo came in and sat down as I went to the guest room where I see my beautiful girlfriend asleep in one of my hoodies that I left here.

I smiled softly at her before walking up to the bed and gently shook her awake. "Babe, wake up. Lunch is ready." I said softly. She groaned softly at me before opening her eyes. "Hey, beautiful." I greeted her. "Hey, baby." Rae said in a raspy voice. She got up while rubbing her eyes. "Can you carry me?" She asked with a pout on her lips making me smile. "Of course." I said. I turned around and kneeled as I feel her going on my back and snuggled into my neck. I got up and walked out the room as I held her legs around my waist as I carried her to the dining table. I see dad already made our food so I set Rae down and helped her in her chair while I sat next to her. We all ate lunch and talked about our day and what is going on in our lives.

Xolo and Mateo are talking happily together while me, dad and Rae talked about the VMA's coming up and how I'm preparing for my performance. I'm going up on three categories 'Video of the Year', 'Best Female Video' and 'Artist to Watch.' I'm going up against some famous celebrities that I looked up to and I'm more surprised I was nominated. I have to fly to New York because that's where the VMA's are happening and I have to be there for a week. Dad, Xolo, Rae and the kids are staying here while I go to the VMA's. And after that I'm going on my first world tour. I'm bringing Rae with me while dad takes care of the kids.

Throughout the day I spent some time with my dad and brother before I dropped Rae and Mateo off at our house so I could head to a meeting about my world tour coming up soon. When I got to the building I see the new group that Simon signed a couple days ago, I think they're called Fifth Harmony? I greeted them as I see one with the bow in her hair fangirling and hitting the tall girl on the shoulders while jumping down when she saw me. "Hey, I'm Y/n. I heard you guys signed to Syco." I greeted them with a smile. The small one smiled at me and greeted me back. "Nice to meet you, Y/n. We are all huge fans of yours. I'm Ally, this is Normani, Lauren, Camila and Dinah." Ally introduced herself and the girls as I smiled at them.
