Juri lay on her stomach, she couldn't move her body.
She lay on her stomach for a long, long time. She was convinced that even a couple of days had passed with how long she had been laying there.
Her stomach growling out in hunger, twisting in pain at the lack of food, her mouth craving water that would ease her parched and sore throat.
She simply stared at the wall ahead of her, the red lights being the only thing that her eyes had adjusted well too.
Her body was damaged, the poison that had entered her body had caused her health to detour. She wasn't at all in the right shape to do anything.
The wound on her back continued to bleed out, she couldn't take care of it, let alone lift her hand up to feel how long it is.
But telling by the pain and how every slight move irritated her back, it seemed to be a very bad one.
Her ankle began to bruise over due to the sprain that she had sustained during her fall.
Staring blankly across the room, a singular tear had slipped from her eye, sliding down and over her nose, hitting the ground.
She bit her lip as her body trembled, she was stressed. Obstacle after obstacle being thrown at her.
She couldn't take any of this anymore.
Being tased twice, an unknown gas knocking her out, being injected by something and almost choked to death was making her feeling like giving up.
Her figure shook as she attempted to pull herself up, her weak arms trembling greatly. She let out a hiss in pain as she pushed herself up and rested her back against the wall.
Her vision wasn't at all good, a sheet of sweat coated her forehead, a fever arising.
She felt like throwing up, but there was nothing to puke out since she hadn't eaten anything at all.
She needed food, but she needed to escape.
How is she too escape, when she can't even move?
She felt silly for still trying to think of a plan to escape. Her body had given up, her limbs would not move even if she wanted them too, yet she still felt hopeful that she would be able to leave.
She moved her head down and stared at the necklace in her hand, her thumb gently sweeping over it.
She squinted and saw the gold initials within them, it brought tears in her eyes for some reason, she didn't want to cry. Not now.
For the last while that she has been stuck in the room, she has been repeating everything that she heard from Kuma.
Everything he has been telling her has been vital pieces of information, and she hopes with all her heart that she will be alive to tell everybody about it.
She flinched when she heard the wall automatically open, her hand clenched tightly around the necklace, hiding it within the palm of her hand.
She glared with hostility towards both Kuma and Liam.
"Ooh, you are in terrible shape!" Kuma laughed out.
"Even then, you still have the energy to glare at me with such hatred and anger... I was truly right in looking into you 10 years ago." He said brightly.
She didn't say anything, simply ignoring him, she focused her gaze up at the red bulb.
There was too much red to the point it was sickening. Her thoughts began to drift off to why he would make the room shine red and nothing but that.
