Chapter 2: The Confession

Gemini follows behind them with a flushed bright pink blush over their face, Lunar was so cute. Lunar heard them mumbling to each other.

Lunar lets them mumble to each other this time, letting them discuss whatever they were discussing. But he couldn't help but blush too when he heard how flustered they both were.

They approached a big sign saying 'Bonnie Bowl.'

Caster: "is this it?" Caster said in a lower voice than usual.

Pollux: "Well, no duh Castor!!! It says right there!"

Caster: "I was just- never mind."

Lunar: "Does either of you know what bowling is?"

They shook their head.

Pollux: "But I want to learn!!"

Caster: "me too"

Lunar: "I'll show you!"

They walked into Bonnie Bowl, Gemini watching as Lunar picked up a bowling ball.

Lunar: "So... You take this ball and roll it across that path and try to hit as many pins as you can! Careful, it's heavy..."

They nodded in understanding.

Pollux: "And what happens next??"

Lunar: "You see how many of those pins you hit! You can go as many times as you like, or until you've hit all of them. Then the machine puts new pins back on and you can play again."

He tries himself, to give an example, but ends up not hitting any.

Lunar: "Damn it-"

Gemini smiled in encouragement.

Pollux: "that's okay Lunar! You'll get it next time!"

Gemini nods and reaches out for the ball, they receive the bowling ball and almost dropped it because of how heavy it was.

Caster: "When you said heavy, I didn't think it would be THAT heavy"

They stood up straight with the ball in 2 hands.

Pollux: "So, how do I do this?"

Lunar: "Well, your actually supposed to put three of your fingers in the holes on the ball-"

Pollux: "Oh! It looks like a coconut now that I think about it!" Pollux giggled.

Caster: "ha-ha yeah."

They slid their fingers through the holes.

Gemini: "Okay, what do we do now?"

Lunar: "Now you roll it across the floor and try to hit the pins."

He pointed to the pins, which were quite a distance away.

Lunar: "There's ten of them in total. The number of times you need to hit all 10 is supposed to display on that screen up there, but Monty broke it by throwing the ball and not rolling it."

Caster: "Oookay I think we get it."

They rolled it down the lane and scored 3 pins in total.

Pollux: "Yaaayyyy!!"

Castor: "Woo."

Lunar: "That's good!"

He clapped his hand for them.

They smiled wide and blushed harder.

Caster: "thanks."

Pollux: "Actually, Lunar we have something we wanna say."

Lunar: "Yeah? What's up?"

He blushed too, seeing them blush.

Pollux: "I know we said that we'd tell you if we made up out mind about the confession, and we have."

Caster: "We like you too, Lunar."

Their blush thickened.

Lunar stares at them, a bit shocked.

Lunar: "...you- do? You really do?"

He hold his hand against his face, feeling how much he was blushing.

They giggled nervously 

Gemini: "Your cute."

Pollux: "WAIT DID WE SAY THAT OUT LOUD-"

Lunar: "Y- You did just say that out loud... it's ok! I- I think you're cute too, don't worry!"

He's bouncing on his feet, looking up at them finally as he tries to comfort them.

"...I- I said last time, right? You're... really pretty like this..."

Gemini smiled,

Gemini: "We know."

There was a breath of awkward silence.

Caster: "what do we do now?"

Pollux: "Ohhhh right, yes, the humans call it either like 'get together' or 'hookup'"

Lunar: "Pollux- Where-where did you learn the word "hookup" from??"

Pollux: "A HUGE BOOK CALLED A 'DICT-ION-ARE-I'!!!!

Lunar: "THAT WORD EXISTS IN THE DICTIONARY???"

Pollux: "I-I mean IT WAS THERE!"

Caster: "What does it mean?"

They both stare at each other, silent.

Lunar: "Pollux. Pollux you can explain it to your brother, I'm not explaining that-"

Pollux: "Okay! I'll tell you later big bro!"

Caster: "why not now?"

Lunar: "It's uhhhhhhhhh..."

Pollux: "It's when you meet people for the purpose of having (not saying that-) and, usually not having any other relationship after."

Lunar's covering his ears for this.

Lunar: "Yeah."

Caster: "huh. You learn something new everyday."

Gemini took Lunar's hands off his ears and held both of his hands.

Pollux: "I'm finished, you don't have to cover your ears anymore" they smiled.

Lunar: "A-"

He's literally shaking in his spot.

Lunar: "Pollux... I mean- Gemini- both of you-"

He can't get any proper words out other than the two's name.

Gemini: "Mhm?"

Lunar: "Oh good god-"

Caster: "are you alright?" They smirked knowing exactly what they were doing.

Lunar: "When in the hell did you learn flirting you-"

He's half screaming at this point.

Pollux: "internet"

Caster: "uh... Lunar? Could we uhm.... What's the thing Humans do to show affection?"

Lunar: "Wha- what? There's a lot of things- OH SHIT YOU MEAN-"

They nod.

Lunar: "Aeeeasdfshjakdfaahh I mean yeah sure we can-"

He's still panicking, but when he sees Gemini getting closer to him, he freezes out of sheer nervousness.

They let go of his hands and hesitatingly put both their hands on the back of Lunar's jawline and leans in to kiss him, their soft lips met.

He's completely frozen, but he kisses them back anyway, both being terrible at kissing, but still enjoying it, nonetheless.

Standing in the middle of Bonnie Bowl, the two were still holding onto each other and kissing. Lunar was holding onto them way tighter than needed. After what felt like eternity, but it was only 4 minutes max, Nebula spawned beside them, not making any sudden movement or noise.

Nebula: "...Ahem. Am I... interrupting something?" They said awkwardly.
