Disclaimer: Hello there, dear readers. Sorry to disappoint for the long update, as well as this chapter actually being a kind of crossover, extra portion of the story, rather than actual plot-based part.

Hope you enjoy reading anyway, though it may come off as boring again since mostly dialogue has once more filled up this segment.

The sun is an admirable, almost threatening force. A harness of power to deities and youkai, the very star of light that students look up in motivation before stepping onto the doorway of their futures.

Rays of sunlight shimmered through the sealed balcony windows and poured through the antique curtains which covered them. It was lights off in the dorm room of our incident solvers.

At the left side of the bedroom, there rowed four beds which each had at least two tucked in soundly.

Reimu and Marisa on the first bed, Sanae sleeping alone on the second (Sakuya got up earlier than the rest of them), Reisen and Youmu bundled in on third, Sumireko and Alice whose backs turned from each other on the fourth.

Sakuya Izayoi, the time-space manipulating human and maid chief of the mansion, opened the door and switched on the lights, fully dressed in her school uniform.

"Rise and shine, everyone! We have school today early morning!" Her face was well-defined of priority as expected at five fifty-eight AM in the morning.

Most of them stirred and groaned groggily in annoyance and discomfort of being woken up. Only Sanae, Marisa, and Alice really rose themselves in response.

Sanae Kochiya, sat upon her bed in some mecha robot-designed T-shirt and frog-patterned shorts, sleepily rubbed the side of her eyes with a single finger.

"Mm, good morning, Sakuya..." Sanae mumbled.

Marisa Kirisame had sat up messy-haired in her starry-designed sleepwear and draping nightcap, semiconscious that her head's still low and droopy.

"Too... early... ze..." Were the words she muttered.

With a doll flying towards her to hand her a wooden brush, Alice Margatroid received it gratefully and stood from her bed in her blue-whiteish night dress.

"Well, Marisa, that would be the consequence of staying up late. Don't complain." scolded Alice, before yawning gently and drifting into morning thoughts.

I'm not sure I'll get used to not living alone like this... she pondered as she brushed her hair neatly in contrast to Marisa's woke-up-like-this hairdo.

After progressively alerting at least three of her allies, Sakuya walked further into the room and purposely passed by the beds containing those still in slumber.

She stopped by the third bed, where Reisen and Youmu snuggled together in a deep sleep, which she shook them mildly to awaken their seemly peaceful slumberland.

"Girls, wake up. We have school today." She nudged them lightly, which they shifted and stirred in much grogginess.

"...ugh... you're right... thanks, Sakuya." Reisen arose in her carrot-themed sleepwear, her long ears sprung out as bended from lying down too long.

It didn't take long for her to tap her bedmate's shoulder. "Youmu, we have to prepare."

I don't know how, but she still looks peaceful and totally behaved while asleep, thought Reisen. Her other half, Myon, is cuddly too.

"Mmph, got it... I'll go get dressed." Youmu slowly sat up, squeezing the phantom Myon in her arms.

Heeeh... so like a normal person, she's also sort of vulnerable and fragile succumbing to sleep, Reisen observed.
