Chapter 14: Hello! you seem nice

(Balloon's PoV)

I should go back, but I can't just leave Cheesy out there, but dad told me that I can run into strangers in the forest. I looked at my current surroundings and saw somethings that did look familiar. I walked past a part of the trail that had a blood splatter on the ground, I didn't want to think what might've happened there.

I continued to walk forward without any idea where I was planning to go, then when I was probably deep in the forest I saw a, wait what are they called again? Oh right! A taco object following something. I slowly walked up to them and decided to introduce myself.

"Hello! You seem nice, I'm Balloon." I say to them when I was about close to them. They instantly looked at me, shocked. "Balloon? What are you doing this deep in the forest!" She said in a British accent.

"Why do you sound like you know me?" I asked her. She seemed like she was going to say something but didn't. "Sorry you just reminded of someone." She said her voice kinda low. Then I was about to say something but she put her hand over my mouth. "Look, I'm currently trying to help someone who is lost, don't blow my cover." She said kinda forcefully.

"Oh, alright." I said, then I sat on the ground. She slowly started to move so I got up to move with her. While I was walking I heard a sound that really hurted my ears. I was about to peak over to see what made it but Tacoy stopped me. I'll just call her Tacoy because I don't know her name.

At one point I slightly got tired so I just sat down at a tree but Tacoy just started to drag me. It got really dark, Tacoy stopped and it sounded like the one we're following stopped too, I quickly closed my eyes. I started to drift off to sleep and waited for what will happen tomorrow.

(Taco's PoV)

I looked over to see that Balloon had gone to sleep. Why didn't he seem to remember me? I shouldn't be thinking about this now, I have to make sure the cheese block doesn't make any trouble. I looked over from behind the tree and saw the cheese block was asleep. Finally I can take him in for questioning.

I walked over to him and grabbed his leg and slowly dragged him over and tied up his arms. I didn't bother to tie up his legs because first in his sleep he had more activity in his arms, somehow, and second I don't want to see what would happen if I tied up his legs.

I sat down slightly falling asleep and then I heard a noise, I immediately was wide awake and looked at the sound. Somehow, while asleep, Cheesy was able to get up with his hands tied and was sleep walking. His eyes were open but didn't seem to have any idea what they are looking at. I walked forward to see if he was actually awake, but he just started to walk forward without any clue where he was going.

I started to follow him, to make sure he wouldn't wake up Balloon or himself. He almost walked into a tree but I was able to slightly move him to get away from the tree. I had a choice in that moment, wake him up to not get to far away or let him sleepwalk and risk getting lost.

I chose the less risky option and shoved him to the ground. "OW!" He yelled in pain. I grabbed his leg and dragged him to the tree he was supposed to be at before he started sleepwalking. I made it so he would face me. "Why are you out here?" I asked him in a harsh manner.

"I just got lost, and why the hell are you out here deep in the forest Taco?" He asked me. How does he know my name? "Look, I'm the one asking questions here, not you." I say a bit more harsh. I wasn't trying to be quiet, Balloon was close, but not close enough to hear the conversation.
