Minho — college student, gifted with the sight. He trained hard to keep others out of his head, successfully, until he meets Jisung. He's smart and shy, gets nervous easily and despite having his walls up to keep nosy people out of his head, his body language is not so subtle when it comes to how he feels. His interests can be counted on one hand - his cats, reading, dancing, cooking and Jisung.
Jisung — college student, able to hear everyone's noise. He trained his whole life to get into everyone's head no matter how hard they fought against it. No one ever gets to see his pigments or hear his noise, his father made sure of that. He's cocky, coldblooded, manipulative and dangerous - at least that's his reputation and maybe there's truth in what they say about him. He never bothered to convince people otherwise.

Bangchan — works as lyricist, can hear people's noise if they let him, although he's thankful for every minute he gets to be around Minho, knowing his noise is not going to flood him like everyone elses is. He's Minho's roommate and someone Minho can rely on completely ever since they met each other at the hospital after Chan's surgery. Minho was fifteen and Chan was sixteen and Chan convinced his parents to foster Minho after he found out what happened to his parents and what he tried to do to himself. They've been inseparable ever since and it's safe to say that Chan is Minho's anchor.
Changbin — college student, is gifted with the sight. He's Minho's best friend and the closest to a brother Minho will ever have. They met in elementary school and Changbin had protected Minho from a bunch of kids that were making fun of him the very first day. They started doing martial arts together. Changbin helped Minho be more confident, he taught him how to defend himself and Minho helped Changbin with his grades and showed him true friendship, offering a helping hand whenever it was needed. They couldn't hide anything from each other, no matter how hard they tried and yet, Changbin's secret nearly costs him his head.
