BECCA'S POV.

It's been more than two weeks since the vacation, I tried to text and call her but I never got a reply. I blame myself for a few days, saying it's my fault but then I realized that's a shallow reason to avoid me, so I thought maybe she wasn't serious at all. Abi was wrong, after that day she changed, no! Actually she didn't really changed, what change is just how she treats me...just me. She still smiles the same, talks the same, looks the same but she never looked at me like before.

Just like now she's explaining something about the activity we're about to do but she never once look at me, but she keeps smiling ay everyone else. Well if she doesn't like me anymore then I will have to do the same right it's not like we have a relationship it's all just flirting.

"hey Becca, I'll have a party at my place this weekend, would you like to go? " asked Eliot while we are doing our activity. Napatingin ako sa direction nya habang naka taas ang isang kilay pero di ako sumagot.

"whoaaa! " reaction ng mga kaklase naming lalaki habang nakangisi naman si Eliot.

"so princess are you free this weekend? " he asked again when I didn't answer. I just smirk and shake my head, I am truly impressed by his confidence but I just don't like it.

"it's a no! " sagot ni Nam, na nag patawa sa mga kaklase namin. Nangunot ang noo ni Eliot ng tumingin kay Nam.

"this expression Eliot, this right here means she doesn't want to go! " dagdag ni Nam habang tinututoro ang mukha ko, natawa naman si Jaja sa ginawa nya.

"nako basted kana naman Eliot " tukso ng isa naming kaklaseng lalaki.

"di kapa kasi natuto e, that's not how you ask a girl out Eliot " nakatawang suya ni Billy sa kanya.

"oh really then how would you do it stupid face? " asar na tanong ni Eliot sa kanya. Napahiyaw naman ang mga kaklase namin sa pag uusap ng dalawa.

"everyone quiet, and watch your language boys" mag kasalubong ang kilay na sabi nya napatingin naman ako bigla sa kanya but she was just looking at the guys.

"I was hoping you could do your activity quietly " she said and then looked at her laptop again.

That's it! That's just it she was just being a good teacher. I shake my head as I lean back on my chair.

"oh... Hey Becca! Mom's gonna have a party this weekend too, it would be nice if you could come " sabi ni Billy sa gitna ng katahimikan. Natoun agad sa kanya ang atensyon ko.

"what should I wear? " maikling sagot ko.

"just something casual" sagot nya at tumango naman ako. My family has always been close to Billy's, mag best friends kasi si Dad at ang Dad nya kaya malapit din kami sa isa't isa, di nga lang halata dahil parati silang nag babangayan ni Jaja. We're actually childhood friends, sya lang ang nag iisang lalaki sa grupo namin, napalayo lang sya sa amin nung umamin si Abi na may gusto sya kay Jaja. When Jaja couldn't accept it at first, Abi asked Billy to pretend to be her boyfriend, na pinagselosan naman ni Jaja kaya nung naging sila ni Jaja at Abi lumayo na si Billy sa amin but we still consider him as a friend our bickering is just a way to tease each other. And tita Carmela has always been good to us kaya nakakahiya ding tumanggi kung sakali.

"what should I bring " sabi ko sabay tingin sa harapan, at nakita syang magkasalubong parin ang kilay.

"nothing you being there would make her happy already " sabi nya at ngumiti sa akin. I just gave him a weak smile, as if saying I understand. Tita always wanted me and Billy to end up together but then I only see him as a friend nothing more and I don't want to get married just because others want to, if I'll ever do it I'll do it because I want to.
