-Bryan's pov-
It was quiet, most likely due to it being a bit early in the day
I tool a sip of blood from the glass in my hand before resting my arm on the arm rest of the throne
"DAAAADDD!" Call a familiar voice
A smile stretched across my face as I looked a little bit to the right to see steve running over to me
"Hello" I say
"Hi!" He says staying at the bottom of the steps to my throne
"Where are the others?" I asked
"I think still resting?" He says "not sure"
I nodded and carefully got up to not spill my drink. I walked down the stairs. Standing next to steve now
He was going up and down on his tippy toes, excited with talking to me? He was a happy kid
"Wow" he says looking over outside, though one of the windows
"Mhm?" I turned to my left to see a red light
"NEW FRIEND!" Steve shouted and ran to the doors
"Steve!" I shouted and ran after him
The two of us ran out the castle over to the circle near the left side of our home
"Look look!" Steve said excitedly
"I can see that steve" I say
We both got onto the platform to see a man passed out on it
"When was the last time we had a friend?" Asked steve
"Its been... Erm a year? Two maybe?" I say
"He has glasses" steve got on his knees and pocked the glasses
"Steve..." I say with a sigh
"Sorry?" He says
"Its...its fine" I say "go tell the others that a new human is around, I'm going to take him to my room"
"Okay!" Steve gets up and runs to the house
I looked over to the tall fence that surrounds the castle then back at the man
Picking up up into my arms ans carrying him into the house
-vendi's pov-
"Mhm" I carefully opened my eyes, looking at a roof that was not familiar to me
I slowly got up, i was on a bed 'what happened?'
I grabbed my glasses which was on the desk next to the bed
I put them on and looked around the room 'where the hell am I?'
There was a closet against the wall to my right, to the left side of the door which was against the same wall
And the wall that was at the end of the bed, there was a door, though it wasn't centered. It was more left to the wall, more so on the right based on where I was
I heard the door handle to the door on my left, I looked over and the door was now opened
A women had walked inside, she had a tray that had a glass of water on it
The lady had a blue dress and hair which was put into a bun which showed off her pointy ears. She had pink eyes with yellow glasses and a yellow bow in her hair
"Good to see you are awake!" She says and places the tray onto the desk
"Uh huh" I say still very confused
"How did I get here?" I asked "where is here?"
"How you got here, I have no clue...well I have a bit in an idea" she says "where you are, you are in the castle of the vampire king"
"I'm sorry, vampire king?" I asked "vampires are fake"
"Erm..." She didn't know what to say "he will explain more to you"
"I came to see if you were awake and bring you water just in case you needed it... Even though you will get water at dinner" she says "which leads me to the other reason I'm here"
"I am here to take you to the dinning room, our king is waiting for you there" she says
I got out of the bed "woah woah woah, slow dow there"
"What are you on about? Why should I follow you? What?" I was very confused
"I understand you are confused but Bryan will explain everything" she says
"Uh...fine?" I say as I doubt I will get any more answers out of this
She turned around facing the door "follow me"
She then started to leave the room, with me following behind her
