-Vendi's pov-
Both me and the lady walkes down the stairs, Which lead to a big room with a throne in it
'Well...this is...something' I shook my head and kept following the lady
We went behind the thone where there was a open door way which lead to a long dinning table and near the end of the room was another room aka the kitchen
At the dinning table was a man who was eating ans a across from him was a plate with food and a cup of water
The women walked over to the plate of food and I followed her. She backed up a bit so I could sit down
She let out a small cough which made the man look up
"Ah, thank you ballora" he says
"No problem" says ballora and she walked away
"Nice to see you awake" says the man "I'm Bryan"
"Ballora said your name in the room" I say
He nodded "got some food for you"
"What is this place? Ballora kept going on about vampires and stuff" I asked, ignoring what he said
"Erm- well we are vampires and this is my castle, there is no easy way of saying it" he says and went back to eating
"Right, as if they are real" I say
He took a sip from his cup before speaking "well hate to break it to you but it is true"
"I don't think you realize how crazy this all is" I say " one minute I'm walking home ans get...kidnapped then I'm in some castle"
"The cult took you" Bryan says
"The rumored cult" i say
"Yes? Listen its some cult that was made to get humans for us" he says "or in their terms get us food"
"Food?" I asked with a little fear
Bryan sighed "Vampires need blood, so the cult was made to get us blood, which works despite the fact that we never know when they bring people in until well... You guys get here"
"So I was brought here to die?" I asked in shook
"Well yes, but you won't...unless your some Criminal or something along those lines" Bryan says
"What?" I asked
"When it was first made all humans were meant to be food but I felt that was unfair and changed it when I took over" he says " despite how much my people hate it...well not like they overly know, well they do? Its hard to explain"
"They know that the humans are kept here unless they are bad people or run away aka run into the town" Bryan explains
"Can't I go home?" I asked
"Uh- well you see I don't know how as there wasn't really a way made for that" Bryan says with a nervous laugh
"What" I said.
"There isn't a way for you to go home" he says
"I'm stuck here?" I asked
"Yes" said Bryan
"This is just great" I say
"Um...moving on?" He suggests
"Sure let's see what else is dropped onto me" I say
"A job" he says
"Job?" I asked
"Something for you to do" he says "like Adrien! They play with the kids/watch them"
"Are they another human?" I asked
"Yes" says Bryan "funny enough the only human happy to come, guess they where looking into the cult and all, something with theorizing"
"Ah" I got an idea of what he meant
"So kids?" I asked "are they yours?"
"Yes" he says "they are my kids"
"Well that's something" I say
He nodded "took them all in"
"I see" I said "so you adopted them?"
"Indeed" he says "they are wonderful"
"But back to the original topic" he says
"So anything your good at or like to do?" Bryan asked
I thought about it "I can play the violin"
"Violin huh?" Says Bryan "lets see" he was thinking about it
"Playing a lullaby!" He says
"Like for the kids?" I asked
His cheeks got a bit pink as he looked away muttering something..or well saying something that was unclear from my end
"What was that?" I asked
He look looked back at me, well.... While looking down "I meant...a lullaby for me"
I blinked a couple of times "oh..."
'Not what I was expecting'
"So I play you a song every night?" I asked still proceeding it
He nodded "cool, I can do that" I say
"Okay" he says
"Is there a reason why?" I asked
"Hard time sleeping is all" he says
"Alright" I say
"Lets just finish our meals" he says and goes back to eating
I looked down at my food, and also started to eat since I hadn't eaten since I woke up
