Time skip (the war arc is too long and I ain't got the patience)
"Is it over" Fujiko asked after the Shinobi Alliance pulled the tailed beast chakra out of Obito "well it looks you kept your promise Naruto uzumaki" Son said turning to Naruto "hey son sure thing!" Naruto saluted before Sasuke ran past him "Sasuke wait!" Naruto said running after him "where's madara?" Fujiko asked running to where madara and Hasirama were.
"Madara!" Fujiko said "you, where's the sealing corp?" Hashirama asked causing her to freeze in place "ah...I forgot but I think someone is coming, how is he?" She asked sweat dropping "hmm? I managed to restrain him but I'm still waiting for someone to seal him" Hasirama said confused "so after sealing him...he'll be gone, forever" she said staring at Madara sadly "don't tell me your gonna cry!" Isis asked "I'm not, I'm just sad that he's going to leave they say it's hard to get over your first love" Fujiko said pouting "now it's my turn to attack" madara said "cut the tough act this war is over right now" Hasirama said as Sai and Naruto arrived at the scene.
"Naruto, I owe you a dept of gratitude you even extracted the tailed beast from Obito for me, saving me the trouble of having to weaken him" Madara said as sai sealing Jutsu grabbed unto him and a gust of steam surrounded him "ancient relics of the past should butt out!" Sasuke said burning madara "you are only a brat nowhere near my level, and you stole my line foolish child!" Madara yelled "look at his body" isis said as madara clothing fell apart "...so hot" Fujiko said blushing.
"My coming back to life as I have now done is going exactly according to plan" Madara said biting his wrist and performing a hand sign before kicking Naruto and sai away from Hashirama "focus!" Isis said before Fujiko got kicked back. "Ah, Hashirama!" Fujiko said healing the hokage "help fight Madara" Hasirama said struggling to stand "I don't think I'll be of any help there, hold up can I heal a corpse?" Fujiko said "he's going after the shinobi alliance" he said "come one guys let's go help the others, Fujiko stay here with the hokage!" Naruto said flying off with Sai and Sasuke.
"I've never healed a reanimated person before" Fujiko said cleaning her sweat "...you like him, don't you" Hasirama asked "Naruto? Yea of course he's my brother" Fujiko said confused "I'm talking about Madara, throughout the battle I've noticed the way you look at him and the way he treats you, you two somehow have formed a bond" He said "he doesn't treat me any differently than the way he treats any other person the battle field, he has never although sometimes I wish he would" Fujiko said sadly.
"When he hit you he pushed you farther away from me" Hashirama said "I..." she said before an image of her brothers death flashed before her eyes causing her to freeze in place "what's the matter?" Hashirama asked turning to her "my brother-he's...I need to save him" Fujiko said entering tailed beast mode.
"Naruto-arg!" Fujiko yelled as a chain grabbed her failed beast neck "leave me and protect yourself" Iris said "I won't leave you!" Fujiko said as chains appeared to stop the statue from dragging her "Naruto!" Gaara yelled catching Naruto's lifeless body "NARUTO!" Fujiko screamed causing the chains to shatter and the 11 tails "hmm, I didn't need the 11 tails" Madara said Catching Fujiko before Tobirama attacked him "Naruto" she mumbled "you should be safe here" Madara said placing her beside the defeated Tobirama.

"Please wake up" a woman said towering above Fujiko in a flowery field "is-is this heaven? Wait Naruto I can't sense his chakra, or anyone else for that fact" Fujiko asked standing up "you are not dead, yet" the woman said "I'll die soon? It isn't as painful as I imagined I guess Isis is gone" Fujiko said as a flower chair appeared "I am Selene Ōtsutsuki sister to Hagoromo and Hamura, I was created from the Divine tree same as Isis" Selene said placing her hand on her chest.
"Please tell me everything, everything about how chakra first came to be, about Kagura Ōtsutsuki everything from the very beginning then maybe then I will understand what all the fighting is about and maybe I can understand where madara is coming from that way the fighting can end" Fujiko said "how do you plan on doing that when you're dead?" Selene asked "I'll figure something out I'm a prodigy after all, I'm smart I'll figure something out" Fujiko said proudly causing the woman to smile "indeed you are, I will tell you everything from the beginning" Selene said before beginning to explain.
Later
"I'm sorry but I'm a reincarnation of you?" Fujiko asked after Selene explain her past "indeed you are, being from my bloodline the uzumaki family, you have my massive chakra, my courage and determination, you are very similar to me in more ways than you will think" Selene said "you are a wise child maybe a bit too wise for your age but that is fine, Madara Uchiha is growing in power and soon be on par with my elder brother and my mother, you must stop him before more lives are lost and before my mother is revived" she added.
"But I don't have a way to get back, I tried using my healing Jutsu while you were talking but it didn't work" Fujiko said before the flower petals formed the tailed beasts "did you really think you were dead? I wouldn't let you die yet kid, at least not until you've confessed to Madara" Isis said shocking Fujiko "I-I-how can you say that so openly!" Fujiko said her face flushed red as the tailed beast laughed "before you leave I have a special healing technique you must learn, you can bring a person that is on the verge of death to life, it can do anything it will help you in your battle" Selene said kissing her forehead "lady Selene" Isis said "stay safe" Selene said as the field began to fade.
"Gasp!" Fujiko gasped shooting her eyes open and coughing up flower petals "ah your alive" Tobirama said turning to Fujiko "yes, Sasuke!" Fujiko said running to his side "your alive" Sasuke said staring at her "healthier than before, I sense Guy sensei in a battle with madara, his chakra is drastically increasing, I will go heal him follow when you are ready" she said running off.
"I do hope I am not late" Fujiko said after Naruto kicked the black orb that was about to attack Guy "can you heal him?" Naruto asked "of course, he just has some minor injuries nothing I can't heal, and even though his legs are turning to ask I can still heal that too" Fujiko said hovering her hand over Guy as a white light shone and completely healed him "alright, I'll fight Madara" Naruto said turning to Madara 'be careful, Madara, Naruto' Fujiko thought.
