Flashback to Grace giving birth
A very pregnant Grace James is in the kitchen cooking.  Corey had just made it home from work.  You hungry baby, says Grace.  Starving, as he hits her on her behind.  Watch it Corey, that is how we go into this.  Are you complaining about my skills woman?  Arrogant much, says Grace.  Corey you are never touching me again after I have this giant baby.  Who knew a woman could get this big carrying one child?  I mean it's probably mostly the baby's head, because your head is huge Corey.  Why didn't I marry a man with an average size head.  Well, Billy's head was smaller.  At least in high school.  Ha, ha, bury that please.  Plus Billy forgot where he came from.

It was the middle of the night when Grace felt something wet in the bed.  It didn't phase her until she started having her first contraction.  Corey, Corey....Corey!!!!!! What, my water just broke I have to get to the hospital now.  Just 5 more minutes please.  With all the strength she had, Grace took both feet and kicked Corey on the floor.

What was that for!  I'm in labor fool, get up.  What, you should have told me, I did.

Arriving at the hospital, Corey carried his wife bridal style through the emergency entrance.  My wife is in labor says Corey.  We need a doctor now.  Running over to get a wheel chair for Grace, one of the nurses wheeled her up to the labor and delivery floor.  Rushing to get her in a room as soon as possible, the nurse was track running, because she was in fear of how fast Grace face was starting to discolor.  Doctor, doctor, please she needs help asap.  Looking worried, Corey asked what was going on.

I'm sorry sir, you cannot go in there.  What do you mean I cannot go in there, that is my wife and she is having my child.  We have to have an emergency c-section, your wife is dilating too fast.  Please sir, we will work as fast as possible and keep you in formed.

Back in the labor and delivery room, the procedure is on the way and seconds later, Spencer is born.  Happy tears have formed in Corey eyes as he looks at his son.   Beep, beep , beep, what going on, says Corey?  Why does my wife look like that?  Moments later, blood is gushing out of Grace's body. 

After the blood has been controlled, the doctor eyes widen.  There is another baby.  As they work to get the second identical twin out before it is too late, Corey sees another baby as well has hearing the baby cry.

What's going on said Corey?  Meet your other son Mr. James.  No, what do you mean my other son.  My wife only gave birth to one child, she carried one baby, we prepared for one child.  What type of sick games are y'all running at this hospital?

As the staff look at one another and tried to reason with Corey, he still refused to believe what they said.  This cannot be happening.  We can't afford two babies.  Mr. James, maybe I'm not making my self clear, your wife had twins.  On behalf of this hospital, we did not see two babies and we are sorry for not seeing this.

Corey left out of the hospital room walking from one end of the hospital to another, trying to figure out a solution. 

He later picked up the telephone and called an unknown person saying he needs help with a problem.  Corey knew what he was planning was wrong, but he did it anyways.

A few days later, Grace's body had gone through so much turmoil that parts of her memory was gone forever.  She knew she had a baby, but not identical twins and she would never know.

After taking care of Spencer's identical twin, Corey was in the clear.  They were broke, could barely afford things for one baby, so when his source came through, Corey sold the other twin to an unknown source.

Suddenly they were able to afford a little more and Corey credited to him getting a raise and working extra hours.  Corey took this information to his grave.

Present Day
2 days after the shooting.  Olivia and Grace is called back to the hospital because Spencer was completely awake.  Before going into his room, the doctor wanted to talk to Olivia, but she invited Grace along.

Mrs. James, since Spencer was shot in the heart, I compared the images of the last results that was taken of his heart when he was injured while playing with the Rams.  Olivia said that was one of the scariest times in my life. 

Well, we have compared his past imagine with the imagine we took when he first got here and everyday since.  You may think I am crazy, but after getting several colleagues to look at the images, they are two different hearts.  We know he did not have a heart transplant.  After that we started looking at some more tests and comparisons that we all received from the Rams doctors.  The fingerprints are different, the birthmark place is different.....Wait said Olivia, she then looked at Grace and stated they said the same thing. 

Bottom, line, by all means, testing and retesting different things, I don't know how to say this, but the man in there is not Spencer James, he is Mr. James identical twin.

Boom, boom, both Grace and Olivia passed out on the floor.
