Nick led Olwen into the building noticing how on edge she was since she first spotted it. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah. Just a bit on edge is all. I kind of feel like something is off about this visit, though I can't place my finger on it," Olwen explained.

"I know you're gonna be on edge, but you need to remember that you are in a safe place. There isn't anybody around who wishes to hurt you in this building," Nick explained.

"I'm sorry. I can't help but feel on edge, thinking that the very man who haunts my dreams is waiting around the corner, waiting to grab me and bring me back to Hydra, where he will punish me for being away from him for too long," Olwen said.

"You don't have to worry about that. If your ex-handler wants to get his hands on you, he will have to go through a building full of S.H.I.E.L.D agents. He won't get very far, because we will stop him in his tracks, put him in a guarded cell, that way he can't break out. And we will question him about all the other Hydra bases that are being kept hidden from us," Nick explained. "When we enter Pierce's office, I need you to remain calm. I know you have your fears, but if you give Alexander Pierce any reason to believe that you are an active asset that in working under cover for Hydra, then there isn't anything I can do to change his mind, and he will take you away from me and lock you up where the other S.H.I.E.L.D agents will be in charge of getting answers from you. And they will do all that they can see fit to get any answers about active Hydra bases."

"They can beat and torture me all they want, but they won't get anything from me, because I don't know about any active Hydra bases. I have been kept frozen for many years and was left behind at the one that Natasha found me at. So, I would be useless in giving them the information that they want," Olwen said as she and Nick stepped onto the elevator, which brought them up to Alexander Pierce's office.

"And if they find you to be useless in giving them the answers that they want, they will kill you and dispose of you, as well as make it look like you never even existed," Nick explained.

"That would be a blessing if it means HE doesn't get his hands on me again. I don't ever want to find out the punishment that he has instore for me, all because I have been away from him for far too long," Olwen said as the elevator stopped; doors opening to reveal a spacious office. Nick gently grabbed hold of Olwen's arm, leading her off the elevator deeper into the spacious office.

"Nick, it's about time you showed up. I was beginning to think that you had forgotten about our meeting," Alexander said causing Olwen's attention to snap back to him. "Is this the young woman you were telling me about a month ago?"

"It is. This is Olwen Bardot. She was found frozen in the abandoned Hydra base," Nick said.

"Alexander Pierce," Alexander said while sticking his hand out to shake Olwen's hand.

Olwen looked at Alexander's extended hand before turning her attention to Nick.

"We're still working on her social skills a bit. Please do forgive her. Honestly once you get to know Olwen, you will see for yourself that she truly is a sweet young woman," Nick explained.

"She's the strong silent type, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. But I also must keep my guard up and not trust her completely. She could be fooling us into thinking that she is on our side, but deep down she could be waiting for the right moment to strike us down. And I can't allow that," Alexander Pierce said before picking up his phone and dialing a number. "I'm going to need some backup. I have a potential threat standing in my office with me right now." Pierce then hung up the phone with Nick staring at him in shock.

"What have you done? I told you that Olwen is not a threat to us," Nick said.

"For all we know Nick, is that she could have been trained to blend in among us, to gain our trust and take us down when we least expect it. I can't run the risk of that happening," Alexander said as the elevator dinged opening the doors, revealing Rumlow walking over to the girl, grabbing her by the arm, causing her to freak out, while trying to break free of Rumlow's grip.

"Come along with me Princess. We have a special place for people like you," Rumlow said.

"Let go of me. I did nothing wrong," Olwen said while struggling to get out of Rumlow's grip. Olwen turned her gaze to Nick silently begging him to help her out.

"Alexander let the girl go. She's no threat to us. She doesn't know anything about any active Hydra bases. She has been frozen all this time. All you're doing right now is scaring her. Call Rumlow off of her before we lost her trust," Nick said.

"I see that you truly believe that this young woman can be trusted. I'm going based off of your judgment, since you're the only one who seems to get her to speak," Alexander said before turning his attention to Rumlow. "Let the little lady go. In fact, why don't you take the little lady to get something to eat and drink. Maybe it will help her warmup to us so she may become more encouraged to speak to us."

"Maybe it would be best to leave Olwen here with me. I don't want her getting scared by being escorted to get something to eat and drink. Once we are done here, I will take her to get food," Nick said.

"Nonsense Nick. Why make the poor girl wait to eat, when she can get a bite to eat now? Besides while the little lady goes and gets a bite to eat, it will give us time to discuss things," Alexander said.

"Whatever you have to say, you can say in front of Olwen," Nick said.

"That's the thing Nick, I can't say what I want in front of the young woman. Don't want to run the risk of spooking her or saying something that might trigger her," Alexander said.

"You think that this young woman would have trigger words that would turn her into a Hydra weapon," Nick asked.

"We can't be too safe. Don't worry. The young woman will still be in the building. I won't allow anyone to escort the young woman out of the building," Alexander said.

Nick turned to look at Olwen to see if she would be alright with going through someone that she didn't know too well.

Olwen noticed the look that Nick was giving her, before speaking up. "It might do me some good to try and be a bit more social with other people."

"See the young woman can handle being with someone she doesn't know," Alexander said.

"Olwen, before you go, may I have a private word with you," Nick said leading Olwen away from Alexander and Rumlow.

"Is everything alright," Olwen asked.

Nick leaned in to make sure to whisper, so that way only Olwen could hear what he had to say. "Should something happen or appear suspicious, make your way back to the car. Hide inside and wait for me to get in the car. And once we are far enough away, you can sit up."

"I can do that," Olwen said.
