Curtain Call

Chapter 7

Leo pov

    I was sitting down watching the scene of Jenna and Liz dying from Tina's anger. I kept thinking about my dream. After a little bit I shook it off.

If there really was someone that broke it, the alarm would have gone off. There also should have been security around so they would have caught him.

I looked up at the scene. The friend group me, Liz and Jenna used to be part of was in the scene too. Their killing was a song and they were backup singers. I held the biggest grudge ever towards them after what Wyatt did to Jenna. I always wished of getting revenge on them.

One day they will know what Jenna went through...

Ophelia pov

After the scene was done it was the end of act 1. We had a 20 minute break to get ready for act 2. My friends walked over.

"Good job guys!"

I smiled at them.

"Favorite scene in the whole musical."

Anya laughed.

"Okay since Leo is injured I need someone to take over and help Kai on this side."

I mentioned.

"I can take over."

Lidia said.

"Okay awesome!"

I said flipping through the pages in the binder both me and Theo have filled with everything in the musical. I looked around expecting Albert to be coming back. I didn't see him but I thought maybe he is walking back now and I didn't think much about it. I saw Theo walk over from his side of the stage to where we were.

"Have any of you seen Clara? She just disappeared."

Theo said. We all looked at each other and shrugged.

"I can look for her!"

Tina butted in and smiled.

"Thanks! Check the bathrooms."

Theo said and she walked away.

Tina pov

    I stepped out into the hallway and walked towards the water fountain.

"Clara?"

I called. I almost tripped over a fallen mop. There was water that soaked the halls.

"What the hell?"

I questioned. I jumped as I heard Albert scream. Without thinking I ran towards the sound. I pushed open the doors to get to the sports area. I stopped when I saw a man holding a bloody knife. On the ground was Albert's lifeless body. I was frozen in fear. He looked at me and we locked eyes for a moment. I started backing up, he darted towards me so I ran. He grabbed my leg and I fell down. I hit my chin as I fell to the floor. I tried kicking him with my other leg but then he stabbed me and I screamed. I tried to break free from his grip but it was too late. I was a goner.

Jenna pov

   It was 5 minutes before act 3 would start and me and Liz were sitting next to Leo.

"Hey, where is Albert? Have you seen him?"

Liz asked. I shook my head. I saw Kayla walk up to us.

"Have you guys seen Tina?"

She asked. Ophelia overheard and walked beside her.

"Last time I saw her she was looking for Clara."

She responded.

"I was just about to ask you guys if you had any idea where they would be."

I saw the concern in Liz's face.

"Let me text them."

She pulled out her phone and sent a message to a group chat.

"We can't go on without them..."

Ophelia sighed.

"I'm going to go find them."

Before we could say anything Kayla disappeared into the hallway.

"Should someone go after her?"

I asked.

"No time, we can't afford to lose anymore people"

Ophelia walked away to talk to Mr Lunie.

"What do you thinks going on?"

I faced towards Liz.

"No idea..."

She looked down at her phone awaiting someone to respond. I looked over at Leo, he was deep in thought.

"You okay?"

I asked.

"Oh um yeah, I'm just thinking about my dream. I mean, people disappearing? What if they're really is a killer in the school."

He explained. I was thinking about it too. It would make sense.

"But wouldn't the alarm go off? And isn't their security in the school? They would have stopped them."

I said.

"What dream?"

Liz interrupted. We explained to her the dream Leo had and how it's been freaking us out.

"That's creepy. I worry about Albert."

She sighed.

"He's strong. No way would he let somebody over power him"

I comforted her.

"You're right, maybe he went for help. Well if there really is someone here killing everyone."

She smiled.
