2. Band practice

"Aish! What to do??" Yoohyeon is pacing back and forth in boredom. She has about an hour before her next class, but she doesn't feel like going back to her room is worth it. And she had forgotten to charge her phone the night before, so she can't just play games all the time.

"Yoohyeonnaahhh! What's uppp?!" Sua sprints towards her, and Yoohyeon gets scared that she is about to get run over, but Sua somehow manages to stop right in front of her.

"Nothing much, Sua unnie. I'm pretty bored, I've got an hour to kill before my next class," Yoohyeon explains and pouts.

"Seriously?! Me too! What should we do then..." Sua starts thinking intensely, then, out of nowhere, she grabs Yoohyeon by her shoulders and starts shaking her roughly.

"OH MY GOD, THAT'S IT, YOOHYEONAH! I KNOW IT!"

"S-Sua unnie, can you stop shaking me, please?" Yoohyeon cannot even make out Sua's face anymore, although the shorter girl is standing right in front of her.

"Oouh, hehe, upsies. I got a bit excited," Sua apologises, smiling sheepishly. "It's fine... But what got you so excited?" Yoohyeon wonders. Sua grins from ear to ear.

"We're gonna sneak to Dreamcatchers' practice!" She declares, and Yoohyeon gulps, feeling like this will somehow end badly, but at the same time excited at the prospect of hearing Jiu sing.

"But how are we gonna do that?" Yoohyeon questions. "Their practice takes place down in the basement, and there is another room right next to that one, so we can just peek through the door," Sua explains. "Well, if that room is actually unlocked, anyway..." she adds a bit awkwardly.

"Let's go check, I guess. I take it you've done so before?" Sua nods shamelessly. "It was so awesome, like, a VIP Dreamcatchers concert!" Okay, now Yoohyeon seriously needs to see what this band is all about. "Try to keep up!" She yells as she takes off.

"Oi, wait for me, Yoohyeonaahh!" Yoohyeon only stops when she realises she doesn't even know where to go...oops. After that, Sua leads the way, and they proceed to walk like the semi-normal students they are.

They reach the stairs quickly, and Sua puts a finger to her lip, messaging Yoohyeon that they ought to be quiet. Yoohyeon nods her head and follows Sua downstairs.

As they turn a corner, Yoohyeon feels like this practice room should be pretty close to her dorm building, since it is located at the back of the school building's right wing. That leaves her wondering if she could possibly listen in on their practice from her room. She will surely find out, soon.

She stops thinking about it when she lightly bumps into Sua, the other girl looks at her pointedly, and Yoohyeon smiles sheepishly. Sua then turns away, trying to open the door they have arrived in front of.

"Aww, shit, it's locked," Sua whisper-yells, and Yoohyeon feels disappointment course through her. Then she gets an idea. "Step back, Sua unnie," Yoohyeon whispers, Sua does so, confusion written across her face.

Yoohyeon then takes a hold of her hair, removing the hair pin holding it up, and starts moving it around the key hole. After a few moments, they both hear a clicking sound, and Yoohyeon opens the door.

"Damn, girl! You're either a robber or seriously desperate!" Sua exclaims, patting Yoohyeon's back in congratulations.

Yoohyeon whisper-yells at her: "I'm neither of those things! Now hush!" She hears something from the other room. One of the girls must have already arrived for practice.

Yoohyeon sighs internally, relieved that they managed to get in here before anyone could see them. Meanwhile Sua has walked to the door in the back corner, which is adjoining the two rooms.
