Chapter Three: The Red Rose

My mask was ripped off and my costume was torn to shreds. Super-Saiyans. On top of that, they're gendered variants of fictional alien Monkeys from some loser's Manga. Don't ask me how I know about them. My Dad was a fan of anime back in his youth. Anyways, I fought as hard as I could, while at the same time, saving people as many as I could save.

So this is what Parker had to deal with on a regular basis. Imagine if the Sinister Six were all females? Imagine them fighting Spider-Man and dealing with their conflictions and desires for the web-head? There's a nice little what-if story for some lonely weeb to type on his computer.

Anyways, I noticed the one called Radish didn't involve herself in the battle I was in against Regina and Nikki. I'd assumed she's the level headed female Saiyan outta the bunch.

Anyways, this guy named Oshua Griffin emerged and helped me take the battle elsewhere. An uncharted location away from The Forest Of The Deceased and away from Tokyo itself. He, instead of helping me fight them, talked and reasoned with them.

Come again?

How does he believe that reasoning with Alien Women was a good idea? I had to know what he was smoking. Regardless, a deal was created between them and Us. In exchange for living on earth and not killing everyone or doing anything else crazier than what was done already, I had to marry the Princess of All Saiyans and help her restore the Saiyan Bloodline to its former glory.

As a man, this was hard for me to do. Especially if you know my story. My family tree wasn't filled with sweet fruit, rather poisonous fruit that could kill you like it did my father. Ever since I left my mother at the mercy of the United Women, I swore to myself to never bring offspring into this world, this BROKEN and DISGUSTING world.

As a Hero, I learned that with great power, comes great responsibility. I felt like Mark From The Invincible Comics. When Thragg wanted to live among the humans and procreate with them to create his army, waiting for Mark to give him his answer...Mark wanted so badly to tell him No. But his negative actions could have led to an extinction that he would never forgive himself for.

This was similar to my situation. And as A Hero, not for myself, but for those who want to inspire to be better than who they were yesterday, I had to put my reasonings as a Man aside...I had to...For the greater good of everyone's world. My world. My planet Earth.

It's been 2 years since that day. I'm a father of twin sons. One called Trunks and the other called Tobias. Liam, who became my protege, was a father of triplets. One he called Gohan. The Other he called Goten. And the last one he named after my last name. Carter Owen Grayson. Yoshua, Oshua's son, was a father to sons that he procreated with Brolina. Nikki and Radish procreated with Two Men who were both in college.

But enough about that...This is about another kid who gained powers through a freak accident. Just like Liam. And he, too, called himself...Kid Lightning. I guess that Superhero name is a fancy one.

But nothing could prepare him for what he would face. In fact...Nothing could prepare anyone for what was about to come...

"THERE YA GO, MILES! KEEP IT UP!" Liam Grayson, the once young hero named Kid Lightning, took up a new Hero name: Shadow-Lightning. His old Hero name, he gave that to a young man named Miles Yasuke Prime. It turned out that Miles was another Surviving Saiyan who was born on earth by his mother named Keturah Prime. His Father, Tony Yasuke, was a descendant of ancient immued inhumans called the Yasukians, who's origins begin back during the days of the New Testament. The Yasukians migrated throughout the eastern world until reaching the lands of Africa. That was where Tony got his genetics from and that was how he survived the epidemic. He built an underground home where he lived with his Saiyan Wife until Miles was born. When Miles turned 10 years old, a freak accident caused his Saiyan powers to be sealed away and replaced with Lightning powers that pushed him further than his Saiyan potential ever could. Now Miles was the baby out of 20 sons and 5 daughters. Miles had dark brown skin, long lightning Emerald blue spiky hair and Emerald green eyes. He was the shortest of the family, being only 4'11 when he turned 12 and became Liam's protege.
