"So you're the one I'm supposed to be training, huh?"
At some large cemetery sight, with a bunch of tombstones everywhere, an elderly-looking gentleman, who also wore a black suit, short dirty blonde hair, had scars on his face, and was currently drinking out of his flask, he was known as Kishibe, and was currently talking to Kobeni Higashiyama, all while looking at a random grave.
"M-Makima said you would be able to help me, yes."
Kobeni nods her worried head at the Older Hunter, looking down to avoid eye contact and fidgeting with her fingers.
"Why? Aren't you already a skilled fighter, I've seen what you can do, jumping around and shit like a monkey without needing a Devil contract."
Kishibe was slightly confused and curious as to why Higashiyama needed his help, since he was already clearly aware and informed of her skills and abilities, which she had already possessed.
"Well... You're right, but, um, I need help controlling m-my new powers."
When Kobeni mentioned that she had powers, her former captain couldn't help but finally look at her fully.
"Powers?"
When Kishibe asked this, the young Devil Hunter decided to show instead of telling, reaching for her collar and pressing it.
"KURUTTA!"
In a quick flash of light, Kobeni has transformed back into a black-and-white tiger girl, a transformation which is now called Kurutta. This definitely startled the experienced veteran, who wasn't expecting to see a familiar crybaby turn into something unfamiliar.
"... Why did you yell that?"
Kishibe decided to put away his flask, as he decided to fully analyze what he was seeing.
"LET ME TELL YOU OLD MAN! I Have No Control Over That!..."
The Captain was now even more surprised to see that Kurutta not only got a physical transformation, but also a personality change. It was definitely something new for him.
"Is this your only transformation?"
Kishibe rubs his chin and seems to be in deep thought, as if considering and processing all this new information he had been given, as if planning how to use it in the future.
"Well For Your Information That You Politely Asked, I Have- Umm..."
Kurutta then stopped her yelling, which made the Older Hunter raise an eyebrow, even more so when she started mumbling and started counting with her fingers.
"10!"
After a minute or two of counting, Kurutta was able to give her answer on how many transformations she actually has, which made the Veteran laugh at how long it took to say 10.
"Hehe, basically I'm just your training dummy to test out your new power."
Now actually being properly motivated, Kishibe decided to accept the task he was given and help train up the Higashiyama Tiger.
"Alright, I'll be your punching bag."
Kishibe had suddenly appeared before the Beast and had just swung his knife at her, which she blocked with her claws.
"Though just remember, I will punch back."
The transformed Kobeni wore a smug smirk at the taunting and challenging tone in Kishibe's voice and face.
"Heh, bring it~"
Kurutta's Captain couldn't help but shiver at how weird that sounded coming from her of all people.
'Yeah, I don't think I'm gonna get used to her new personality.'
And with that, both Kishibe and the Higashiyama Tiger wasted no time starting their fight, it was already clear that the Beast that the Older Hunter was fighting was already physically superior than him, plus with her aggressive behavior mixed in with really good instincts, she was definitely a tough opponent to handle, however, thanks to the Veteran vast pool of experience and better training, also with his contract with the Knife, Needle and Claw Devils, he was not only able to keep up, but even give the Transformed Kobeni a hard time.
'Makima seems to have already gotten her hands on this poor girl.'
Though, as Kishibe was in combat with the Higashiyama Tiger, jumping and landing on her fist before kicking her face with enough force to make her stumble back, he couldn't help but be in deep thought about something.
'But seeing how Kobeni isn't actually in her control, and had to result in using bribes and praise, I still have a chance to help her.'
Specifically Kishibe was thinking about the Beast, which he dodged another attack and threw some needle knife at her, which stuck itself into her body and caused her to let out a very loud and powerful roar in response.
'Help her kill Makima...'
Though as Kishibe was thinking about ways to both help the Transformed Kobeni, while also thinking of a way to betray and kill the Control Devil, he immediately found himself being man handled and grabbed tightly by Kurutta herself.
"KURUTTA SECRET MOVE: SERIOUS BUTT KICKING!"
"What?"

I was planning to have two fight, but 1: I wanna save her abilities and transformation for later, and 2: I have no idea what Kishibe are, i mean all I know is that he has a contract with the Knife, Needle and Claw Devils, but I have no idea what those are and what they can do, so sorry for not writing the fight.
(Kobeni will still be a cry baby and such, but with her new powers, rank and getting praise by Makima, I'm pretty sure she would get some confidence at the very least, I mean not enough to suddenly be a smug asshole, but will get angry and defend herself more, maybe? What do you think, would she still be a crybaby or no?)
