Do I know you?

I ran through the hospital, holding in my tears, at least till I got home. Could it get any worse? He didn't remember me or anything except his old life for that matter. When I got home, there was no-one there, but a note on the table.

'Dear Emma, me and David, are taking Henry out for the day, we'll be back in a few hours.'  Good. They were gone. I didn't want anyone to see me cry. I had never been the crying type in the first place, at least, not with people around. But the tears didn't come, that was the saddest bit. I had no tears left to cry. I had nothing to do for the day and it was Saturday, so I decided to go shopping. I slipped my coat on and ran to the store.

Hook was there, with her. Milah. I wanted to walk away but he called me. "Wait!" I turned around and looked at him, hoping for something, any sign of recognition. His eyes flashed for a moment, as if remembering. "Is- is your name Emma?" he asked. My eyes widened and Milah glared at me. "Yes, Emma Swan. How do you know?"

He stared at me for a few seconds and then blinked. The old him was gone just as quick as he had come. "I- don't know. I just, I thought I knew you for a second. I know it sounds crazy." He says, laughing and I try to smile but it comes as a grimace that goes unnoticed. " Don't be silly, Killian," Milah says, laughing. "Lets go." Her tone sounds slightly harsh but he doesn't seem to notice. "See you around then, I guess, Swan." He walks away and I freeze. His nickname for me. Swan. Yeah, I know now that there might be hope for us still. I will see him around.
