The Harrowers of the K9-Base have loaded up the Black Spark, and are prepared to head out for Felucia from Dromund Kaas. Up until recent months as they's been prepping for the Felucia mission, the large majority of Jinang's thoughts have been focused on Koga's life and his experiences, mainly because he's constantly surrounded by aspects of the assassin's former life. So he hasn't thought about his life as Jinang too deeply very often. It's been almost five years now since his whole life was shattered into a million pieces, and going back to Felucia where it all fell apart is going to be surreal. Especially when he sees that Jedi temple again. And if Kal or Shara are still there... Just thinking about that gives Jinang a severe migraine, followed by a bleeding nose. It's like his brain is trying to break through his eye sockets, causing him to squeeze the sides of his head and groan in pain, attracting the attention of Gyara as she was walking through the hangar in the cruiser with a few others. The Togruta woman dismisses the people she was with and stops to talk to Jinang.
"Are you alright?" She asked, seeing how Jinang is clearly in pain. Making sure he doesn't fall over. "Anyway I can help?"

"I'll be okay..." Jinang answered, wiping his nose with a handkerchief Gyara just handed him. "It will pass..."

"Well... If you say so." Gyara said, still sounding worried. "Besides the migraine, how are you? I mean... Emotionally...?"

She's trying to be delicate, because Jinang is very stoic and difficult to read. And he appreciates her gentle approach. It's still always odd having these sorts of interactions with Gyara, as he knows things about her that he shouldn't. Feels things about her that he shouldn't...
"Why does that matter?" Jinang asked, trying not to sound rude.

"You're a Harrower." Gyara answered simply. "As the VP of the club, I'm responsible for your well being. So if you need to talk... I'm here for you."

He doesn't know how to respond, as he is emotionally confused... With the disappointment that Zorsia is with someone else, this very beautiful woman showing him such gentle care, and the fact that all of Koga's thoughts and emotions are telling him to kiss her right now, he is overwhelmed by waves of emotions that are confusing and painful...
"I'm sorry..." Jinang says, flustered and upset... "I have to go..."

He rushed off, nearly running away from Gyara, and went to the ship's crew quarters to be alone, but Gyara followed him. As Jinang entered the room, Gyara caught the door before it slid shut and she stepped inside, the door closing behind her.
"What the hell?" Jinang says, turning around to face Gyara, tears streaming down his cheeks. "I want to be alone!"

"Jinang we're on the same side." She answered, frowning upon seeing how much pain Jinang's in. "We have to work this out. We can't just keep avoiding each other."

"What do you even want from me?!" Jinang snapped. "Leave me alone!"

"What I want is to stop feeling so awkward around you!" Gyara answered back, getting frustrated. "If you have an episode out in the field because of how you feel about me, you could get killed and I don't want that on my conscience."

"Just forget about me then!" Jinang says angrily, getting more worked up. "I never asked you to stick your nose in my business. You can just stay out of my life!"

"That's not how this works and you know it." The woman snapped, getting angrier at Jinang but trying very hard to contain herself. "The Harrowers isn't some random gang of thugs. We've gotten to where we are now because we stick together. We help each other. So let me in - dammit, let me help you."

"Well you can't help!" Jinang yelled, his cheeks turning red. "You can't get these thoughts out of my head, you can't change how I feel, so leave. Me. ALONE!!"

He finally lashes out and tries to punch Gyara and she catches his fist and pushes him back. Jinang just gets more angry and tries to roundhouse kick Gyara but she catches his leg, grabs his shirt and pins him to the wall, lifting the tiny warrior off of the floor.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" She says furiously. "You are WAY out of line, you little bastard!"

Jinang doesn't answer, but stops to think about what he's doing... He looks Gyara in the eyes, and the soft, pained expression returns to her face as she reminds herself of how much Jinang's suffering, physically and emotionally... Jinang was about to apologize, but he was suddenly interrupted with a kiss. He resists for just a second, letting out a muffled groan. But, as Gyara's hand crept up his thigh, as she presses herself against him, he gives in and kisses back with equal fervor. It's heated and aggressive, and Jinang wraps his legs around the woman's waist as she grabs and squeezes his bottom, pinning him to the wall as they start to share a very sensual experience... She separates her lips from Jinang's, and starts kissing his neck and cheek, getting him to moan softly. His face starting to feel hot from the blood rushing to his cheeks.
"You have my permission..." The woman whispers into Jinang's ear, wrapping her arms around his body. "To know me, like you do..."

Those words were exactly what Jinang needed to hear from Gyara. Especially from Gyara. When she said those magic words, all of his hangups about her melted away, and he was able to really live in the moment. Not as a person torn between a Jedi and an assassin, but as the person he's become from that trauma. No pain, no confusion. Something new. Jinang throws his arms around Gyara's neck, and she carries him across the room, pushing him against the door while kissing her lover intensely. She locks the door, so no one can interrupt them, and then Gyara takes Jinang to the bed...

There's a pile of clothes on the floor, and the two lovers are in bed, resting up before the Harrowers reach Felucia. Gyara is laying on her back and Jinang is resting his head on her shoulder, sleeping. They spent the whole night together, and Gyara is stroking Jinang's hair gently, wondering what the hell they just did together...
"Jinang?" She says softly. "Jinang wake up..."

His little head raises, and he looks up at Gyara, wondering what they're doing as well... It wasn't scary or confusing, and it was clear that Gyara wanted Jinang and not Koga. He moves to sit on the edge of the bed, and feels the woman's soft, warm hand on the side of his back, running up to his neck, avoiding the synthetic muscles of his spinal prosthetic that has little to no feeling.
"I... Don't know what that was..." Gyara says, sitting on the edge of the bed with Jinang. "But I'm glad it happened..."

From the back of Jinang's neck, Gyara's hand finds his chin, turning his head to face her. She places a soft kiss on his lips, and stands up to get dressed.
"We've got work to do." She says, exhaling deeply. "After we're done on Felucia... I'd like to figure out where this goes. But don't hang yourself up about it..."

"Right..." Jinang answered, blushing. He thought that she'd have just left without a word by now.

The two didn't say anything more, and got dressed. Jinang was embarrassed to emerge from the locked room with Gyara, as it was very obvious why they both disappeared together. They were quite loud as well and people certainly heard them... But they went their separate ways and got ready to touch down on Felucia for the next mission. All of Jinang's hangups about his feelings towards Gyara have faded away now. But he's left wondering what these new feelings are. Rather he can move on from how he felt about Zorsia, just like that. Gyara isn't the kind of woman that would lay with someone for there to be no meaning behind it, so perhaps Jinang has something new on the horizon. It doesn't really matter what his relationship with Gyara turns into, all that much though, because Zorsia is going one way and Jinang needs to go in another.

In the lengthy, nearly 8 years that the clone wars has been waging on, Felucia has suffered greatly. Worse than most planets have. As jungles were destroyed, burned down, and the land scorched black from the endless struggles for dominion over the planet, several unique species of animals have gone extinct, natives have died or forced to leave their homes, and there are patches of land that have been flattened by war that are visible from space. Both sides have been churning out propaganda about the destruction being caused, but neither of them are innocent in Felucia's blight. They are all equally responsible, while neither the Republic nor the Confederacy are willing to yield any amount.
The Jedi temple on Felucia was once practically buried in jungles and wildlife while it was abandoned, but now, it's surrounded by miles of destroyed land, completely wasted by the ruin of war. These enormous areas of land that have become blackened battlefields are growing bigger and bigger, leaving gruesome scars on Felucia that will never heal.
