First day of school wasn't something yuzuha had been excited about. Her main concerns were about her big brother who's got a short temper, she had no time to make friends of sort and be able to interact freely. Kids her age were gushing on about the new Barbie series and romantic mangas but yuzuha wrapped her mind around hakkai.
"What's up with you?"
She stumbled across a classmate with a short haircut similar to hers. That girl was strange, she greeted yuzuha with a wide grin.
"I'm yn ln, you're yuzuha Shiba aren't you? I've seen you in class, you have pretty hair"
"Oh-thanks,yn-chan"
Smiling warmly, they instantly clicked as yn too had problems in making friends like yuzuha. Who needs a bunch of friends when you can always rely on one trustworthy companion. Growing older and attending the same highschool, yn got introduced to mitsuya and hakkai. Yn does know the domestic abuse yuzuha and hakkai had been experiencing.
She can't do anything except support her friend mentally and emotionally. Countless nights yn has spent with yuzuha crying on her lap and treating to the wounds. Yn admired her brave character and understood where she's coming from.
As for yn, she had her own fights at home which yuzuha takes turns to console her. Yn's house is nearby mitsuya- they're neighbours, does he know about the big fights at home?
Don't you think it's frustrating to not be fat or skinny? The size that's in the middle, having thunder thighs and can't help but get nasty comments during P.E. Having to be the fat boring friend of yuzuha as she receives numerous gifts from secret admirers and guys. Yuzuha and yn both know that the boys only approached them with I'll intentions.
