"....."

"I'm trapped...This is what my parent's were crying about a few years ago... It's been 4 years since Jacob left...He promised he'd come back, so where is he? I'm stuck in a cabin... It's very small, and there aren't any windows, just holes...I feel alone...How did this happen?"

A few days earlier...

Unknown had just returned from her usual visits with her best friend, Zayne. She had come back so happy and cheerful, her eyes yellow and her tail flame burning brightly. She hugged her mother's waist, only to be greeted by an upset mother and a numb father.

"Mom? Why are you upset?" She asked, lifting her head up in confusion.

No reply

"Dad?"

Nothing

Unknown let go and held her tail, keeping the lamp end out of touch. Her eyes turned blue in sadness and distress. "What's going on..." She quietly asked. Her mother only kneeled down and said in a shaky voice, "Sweetie...go get your things, okay?.. Everything is fine.. Just go and get your stuff."

Unknown hesitantly went to her room and made a small arrangement of her things. She heard the hut of the door open. She heard a gruff voice say, "So! Where is she?" Unknown packed her things and slowly peeked out of her room.

She saw a tall Galaxtian with horns similar to those of her father. He was shirtless, not that it was uncommon for Male Galaxtian's to be without shirts. He had clear battle scars on his muscled body. He had armoured pants. His hair was tied up into a messy bun; it was a dirty blond color. His eyes were red by default, meaning he's always one second away before exploding. Unknown being a small 14-year-old, she wasn't aware of this; she just thought, "Oh! He must just have a resting mad face."

Unknown went to her mom and dad. Her mother began to brush her hair as the two male Galaxtian's spoke.

"So, that's the girl? She looks weak." The unknown male said

"She's just a kid, brother, she'll learn." Her father said

"Oh, she'll learn alright... One way or another."

Her father cringed, but his eye color remained the same

Unknown kept her eyes on the two male Galaxtian's as her mother kept brushing her hair. Her mother whispers to her, "Sweetie, Mother loves you so much...So so much." Unknown's eyes turn grey in confusion. "I know, Mom."

The scarred male spoke up "Mildred, that's enough, she's coming with me now."

Her mother winced and stopped brushing her hair. Unknown looked at her parents', and a wave of despair and fear went through her body. "Unknown... That's your uncle, you have to go with him," her father said.

Unknown looked up at her uncle and shook her head, her eyes turned dark blue. "No...I wanna stay here," she protested. Her uncle rolled his eyes and groaned, "Well, too bad, get moving." He held her wrist and dragged her out.

"!- NO! I WANNA STAY!" She tried to use her magic to escape her uncle's grasp, but to no avail. Unknown's eyes were now tearful as she was dragged away by her uncle. "NO! MOM! DAD! PLEASE!" She only saw her mother look away and rest her head on her father's shoulder. That was the last time she saw them.

Her uncle tossed her into a small hut and locked the door shut. Unknown banged on the door sobbing, screaming "LET ME OUT! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME HERE! MOMMA! PAPPA! PLEASE!" She leaned against the door, her eyes turning multiple different colors as she began to panic. Her breath grew faster and heavier by the second as she looked around.

Barren stone walls, covered in wood, holes being the only source of air. A singular bed, a fertilized soil patch and seeds, and a small tree sapling. No windows. She slides to the floor. "MOM! DAD!" She cried out. No answer. "JACOB!" no answer "ZAYNE! PLEASE LET ME OUT!"

She scratched her face.

Her vision became blurry until she passed out on the floor. She only woke up an hour later on the cold dirty floor. "That's right...I'm alone... Jacob isn't back yet...Zayne isn't suppose to be here...Mom and dad..." She sighs and sets down her stuff down and slowly makes a small space for her.

She came to the realization that no one was coming for her...No one was going to come comfort her...She's all alone...and the worse is yet to come...
