Having the news about the babies dropped on you all so suddenly has left both you and Namjoon completely speechless. You can barely say a proper goodbye to the doctor, who is unsurprisingly looking pleased with herself as she is sending you out of her room when you are done with today's appointment.

Even as you are making your way out of the clinic, reality hasn't completely sunk in on you. It feels so hard to believe that not only your pregnancy is holding on, showing no sign of trouble as you are heading towards your final trimester, but you are also carrying not one, but two growing humans inside your belly.

You cannot seem to wrap your mind around this fact, yet you have a printed sonogram sitting inside your purse to prove it, and you can be sure that the movements happening inside you seem to be moving in different directions to show you that there are two active little peanuts trying to mess up with your mind.

The mixture of shock and a myriad of emotions rushing through you seem to be taking some time to wane, while Namjoon's state of shock dissolves not long after. The moment he makes a quick stop at the receptionist's desk, his eyes seem clear and focused as he snatches various kinds of pamphlets that he can find about pregnancy and baby birth, right before he carefully escorts you out of the clinic and once again helps you slip into the car without any trouble.

"How about grabbing some lunch before going back?" Namjoon asks you while the car is driving steadily through the main road, taking you back home for the day.

His home.

Where he had insisted on taking you to so you could properly relax for the rest of the day. Because God forbid he was going to let you return to the stressful environment waiting for you back at the office. Not after dealing with the emotional rollercoaster that you encountered from the doctor's visit.

He probably has every intention of looking through all the pamphlets and the printed sonograms together with you, which is why he is so adamant about bringing you home with him.

"Sure, I'm starving," you answer him while rubbing your hands on your swollen belly. Once the car has driven out of the clinic, the tension you were feeling has surprisingly been decreasing little by little, and in its place, a massive craving for something greasy immediately takes over.

Namjoon only laughs when you tell him about it.

"Greasy food, hmm? Is it a craving of yours or you just suddenly become fond of the grease?" he asks you while chuckling, only because he knows that you weren't so fond of fried food in the past and he used to tease you about it. "You even ate a plate full of fried eggs and bacon this morning at breakfast. I thought those things used to make your stomach ache."

Shaking your head, you can only wonder loudly, "I think I started developing a certain taste for any fried meal since the pregnancy. So either it is a special craving or it's the boys' favourite meal."
