Chapter 22 - Butterfly

Jade's POV

The look in Thea's face now is so priceless! I'm really glad she performed here and take note ha, oozing yung performance level ng bestfriend ko. Pde nang mag-Araneta!

We're down to the last song.
Eto talaga pinag-isipan ko kanina eh. I told myself that if mapapayag kong magjam si Thea, kakantahin namin ang song na to.

Eto ang peak ng friendship namin if itatranslate man sa song ang pagkakaibigan namin. Favorite namin to pero medyo matagal narin nung the last time na kinanta namin.

She's giving me the "what are we gonna sing na naman" look. I just smiled at her and hindi ko na sya sinagot.

"This song is a personal favorite. Well, di ko naman to talaga kinakanta dati. Pero may isang tao na always nandyan for me and itong taong to ang unang kumanta nito saken. So parang, every time that I come across this song, sya agad ang naaalala ko. It was her favorite before which becomes my favorite eversince and ewan ko lang kung favorite parin nya to ngayon."

I started plucking. I look at Thea's face and I know na anytime now iiyak na sya. Syempre, pabebe kasi hehehe.

Tumango tango sya and sumabay sa melody. The moment she smiled, alam ko ng she remembers the song.
